Shower temperature was a bit difficult to manage. A coffee/tea making facility would’ve been a welcome addition to the room, even if it were on the shared hallway.

Room was as expected and comfortable for a short stay. Self check in went very smooth. The location is nice, close to the beach and feels more local and quiet than the busy old town. The hotel is next to a road but the traffic wasn’t all too loud or busy.

It was close to a main road, as pointed out by other comments, so it was pretty loud. I brought ear plugs and had to use them every night.

The location was good for me, close to the beach in a nice neighborhood. The room was clean and, the shower worked well, the place was warm, there was enough room for my belongings.

I was arriving late at the first day and failed to buy any water or shampoo with me and I didn't bring a pair of slipper. I can't find these in the room, which makes it a little bit convenient but wouldn't be a problem if you manage to bring all these :)

I'm in San Sebastian for a conference and this place is 10min walking distance from my venue, which is quite close and makes it possible to even enjoy walking along the beach on the way. Love the location! Also the cleaning staff is amazing - every day when I come back from the conference, my room is tidy and cleaned all through. Amazing.

The room is right at ground level so we got a bit of noise coming in from the street, but with the roller shutters it wasn't a major issue.

Great value room in the quiet but still central Gros neighbourhood, close to the surf beach and some less touristy bars and tapas places. Not staffed during the stay but there is everything you need and a daily housekeeping service. We just collected the key card from an envelope upon arrival.

Self check-in was easy, but...1. It requires Whatsapp setup before arrival. 2. It also requires access to data in real-time, in other words, you must have sim card to communicate in a timely, on going way. This might a be problem for the unprepared.

Room 4 is 181 sq ft...it is spacious. It is an interior room, like an interior cabin on a cruise ship, except with a fake window leading to a neighbor's interior courtyard. It has a large double bed that we had converted to two singles. It also had a third, smaller bed, for a child. The room is quiet and dark at night, which is great for good sleep. It is also completely accessible. Accessible ramp leads to entrance and room is on ground floor. Also, bathroom is completely accessible with toilet support bars and a walk in shower and shower seat. Self check-in was easy, but with note of caution.(see negative)

The room is too small. They are giving online instructions to the guests for contactless accommodation. However, it was hard for me to understand how to get my room card from the mailbox.

it was quick and easy to access. Easy lock up and go. Everything you would need for a one night stay. I liked that there was a hairdryer in the bathroom and it was easy to communicate with the property.
