The free car parking is in fact a near half mile walk away from the hotel. Whilst you can park outside to drop your bags off this was a bit of a pain. So much so that I used a free car park about 150 metres away but it does get busy.

Clean, spacious comfortable room. Excellent shower. Friendly reception staff (although they didn’t speak any English they handed me the phone with a colleague who could). Handily located near the train station and a couple of miles from Eibar.

The only thing that I would point out is the noise that can be easily heard from room to room.

Hosts are great, always try to help and made us feel at home since the first moment. Really nice place to stay, comfortable room and very clean.

We booked last minute after long 12h journey with our kids. The staff was very helpful and did everything to accommodate our 1YO and 5YO very comfortably. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and everything was freshly clean and the smell was very good.

The closer parking lot was still bit of a walk, and not guaranteed a space. The other parking option was way too far for my needs. Also just fyi, there is an elevator but you have to go up a set of stairs to get to it. It wasn't a big deal for me, but could be an issue for some.

Good price for the experience and very welcoming staff. The lodging was on the main street and right at the center of town. Parking was down the street in a well-lit lot next to the Euskotren - nicely situated. It was often full but I think if you waited a bit, someone would leave and you'd get a space. Also several playgrounds very close by (and bars, restaurants and shops).

There were not many options for dining in the area.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Ramp access made it easier for me having trouble with stairs. Parking was easy - we left the car in the car park and used buses to Bilbao and Donostia - the bus stop was right in front of the hotel.

All the stairs and not having a street view and it was pretty noisy at times it's in a building among other people and apartments. from the outside it doesn't look like your coming to a hotel it's not really what I expected

The reception is open at certain hours. It is not open 24 hours. We couldn't check out because no one was there and the reception area was locked. We left the hotel cards in the room and left.

The facility is centrally located in Ermua. right at the entrance of the city. Rooms are nice and big enough.

Ermua, the town, should have chosen somewhere else. Parking was a long way from hotel, very inconvenient. No catering, voucher provided for breakfast elsewhere.

Did not request free parking. Did not request bed type. Why do you keep asking questions which are not true?

We arrived very late, way past check-out time due to some heavy traffic. But the receptionist was so kind and helpful... she stayed longer than needed so that she could get us checked in. We so appreciated it! The hotel is simple, comfortable, and the location is perfect.

This wasn't really a hotel, it appeared to be a conversion of a commercial building. No communal areas and thin walls that let sound in from other guests.

Good value and close to the city centre. The decor was stylish. The receptionist was polite, friendly and a good communicator.
