shower needs regrouting. the lights we always off and we always seemed to be going down the stairs and corridor in the dark unable to find a light switch

It was ok for one short stay in Bilbao. Not much to say but the price was right.

The room was dark and a bit stuffy and the check in times are not very flexible (no "late" night check in). I suppose Bilbao is quite pricey, but we found almost 50 euro a night definitely too much for this place.

The location is great, you can walk to the center as well as the train station. The staff was very friendly.

Very basic room with a shared bathroom, needed to give an exact time for check in.

The accommodation got our rooms wrong, we asked for three twin rooms and got double beds. There was a translation issue, the accommodation did not understand twin bed., although this is clealy on the booking form. I was also asked a few days before, but no one came back with a reply or asked from the accommodation if they did not understand, We were told that there was a twin room today and on coming ready the next day. We did not see any staff members for the rest of our trip. Disapointing 😞

We asked for the bed linen to be changed but they didn't change it and only gave clean towels. The bedroom does not have a nice view.

A very noisy neighborhood, the shared bathroom was dirty. The host was not responsive, you can contact them only via booking messenger. Some of my inquiries were simply ignored.

The sheets werent clean. They have been using the same sheets ıver and over.the room was real small .the toilet outsıde the room.

The BIG complaint is that there was absolutely ZERO contact with the personal on the day we were leaving, which could actually potentially make us late for our flight!!! We made arrangements the day before to leave our bags in the hotel and pick them up later because we had a late afternoon flight. We were told its a possibility and we should just leave the bags in the rooms. However, we had to leave our keys a if we left the bags and didnt have a key we wouldnt be able to access our bags as there is no reception - they come only at check in time. We spend most of the morning messaging and calling the hotels contact number about the bags - Altogether we called around 30 times and messaged a ton, but there was absolutely 0 contact. This was only about bags so we managed, However if something were to happen to someone and we needed to contact the staff there couldve been real trouble. place itself was as described - its good value for money, there’s a shared bathroom but it wasn’t a problem as I guess there was more than a single bathroom (we booked two bedrooms and we had a shared bathroom inbetween the rooms). It was a bit loud at night, I could hear the floor creaking upstairs but it was managable.

NO soundproof at all whatsoever. Not only you here sounds from the street, but also every thing which happens in the neighbouring rooms - water pouring, snoring, TV, talks - just as if it was in your own room. Impossible to sleep. Rooms and bathrooms are not clean. No hairdryer.
