Breakfast was continental and offered a wide variety of meats, cheeses, breads, fruit and tomato’s, fresh orange was also available, cereal and/or scrambled eggs were available so there was a wide variety every morning. My room was a double room with plenty of storage and the bathroom was clean, light and airy. Pete made me more than welcome and put me at ease. I had use of the lounge and kitchen any time of the day or night which I appreciated as I’m a night owl. The terrace, pool area and bar was clean and I spent many hours relaxing with a good book, I also had use of Pete’s extensive library. He was helpful with the language barrier when I had a flat tyre and tried his best to please all his guests. Pete certainly offers value for money.

Dear Pete, thank you for a wonderful experience. It was a pleasure to be your guests. Your house is perfect, very comfortable and like real home. We spent here only 3 days but you hosted us in a way we will really remember. Nothing was a problem for you and you provided totally delicious breakfast with wonderful surrounding. We already miss you and your lovely cat-friend Pepper. But we are sure we will meet again soon! Wish you all the best Pete - Marta & Bartek from Poland. PS Even in October you can swim in the lovely pool!😉

As an older couple needed the car, a tiny bit too far for us to walk to local amenities.

There was nothing negative about this property and the host makes the the place feel like a home from home

This villa is stunning within a really tranquil community it’s close to all the main areas of La Marina and has an amazing pool. Pete is one of the most interesting guys you would ever like to meet and has a wicked sense of humour ! He hosts his property very well and has an attentive approach to breakfast time and your continuous comfort! Pete only asks for respect of his property and honesty within the on site bar which is not too much to ask. We spent 7 fantastic nights there and felt comfortable and there was enough space within the grounds for it to feel like our own private villa holiday - highly recommend 👍👍 see you again Pete

The pool area is a fantastic place to relax and to top it all off there's the owner pete a nicer gentleman you'll never meet, who can not do enough for you full of local knowledge and advice if you ask him would definitely go back

Breakfast is excellent, regarding quality, choice and freshness. Host contacted us via text prior to arrival to find out what we liked for the continental breakfast choice. On the final day, the host Pete even had sliced the tomatoes differently, having noticed how I cut mine, on the previous mornings. Great attention to detail! The villa itself is stunning and the host is super friendly, with great local knowledge. There are no more than two rooms let out, at the one time, so this is a very economical way to have a beautiful, peaceful stay, in a stunning villa, with no hotel hassle of "putting towels down on sunbeds" and overcrowding. The pool is beautiful, and everything is exceptionally clean. We will definitely stay again!

Extremely friendly, cheerful and helpful owner. Excellent breakfasts and bar! Quiet, peaceful place, walking distance to nearby restaurants and bars. Bus to the beach, a few minutes. I recommend, perfect relaxation.

Superb continental breakfast each day served on the terrace with a smile. Pool was great and really well maintained. Aircon very efficient. Our host, Pete, was brilliant - felt like we were staying with family!

Lovely Host, who looked after everything and always happy to share local knowledge. It was less than 10 minutes walk to local bars, restaurants and amenities. I was really doing WFV (working from Villa) rather than WFH. I had oodles of WiFi to host really big video conferences and all the peace to continue working, while dipping in the awesome pool in between meetings. And, the breakfast was lovely too. Pete is a magnificent host.
