The place was great. I had to check in late, but there was a machine to do everything on my own. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom clean and spacious. The hostel had good air-conditioning, which was needed in the Madrid heat. There was also a common area with a microwave and fridge. Overall, it was a very decent stay.

Shower was not great. Fridge/kitchen facilities minimal. No sink so you have your use the toilet bathroom to clean cutlery etc.

Staff super friendly. Easy check in. Bed pods comfy if you have the lower bed.

Functional clean hostel with amenities like lockers for belongings locked by card. Comfortable beds with curtains separating completely from the inside of the room. Available on-site staff even for late arrivals.

There's an unusually big crack inbetween the toilet door frame and the wall that you can technically peak through while someone is in it. Same thing inbetween the bed (mattress) and the wall, things can fall through.

I liked that the staff is extremly helpful and everything in the hostel is compact + makes sense. Location is top!

The light switches off automatically which can be handy however, when you're just chilling in the room it's not very nice to have the light switched off and be in the dark. Also, I can see how it can be annoying when the staff is gone for half of the day. My bunkmate lost his card and could not get into the room or access his locker and needed to wait for a few hours. The vibe in the hostel is weird and there is no atmosphere. It was also weird to have to wash the dishes in the toilet sink. Again, just for sleeping it is a perfect hostel, but don't spend your money here if you're looking for friends or people to hang out with.

The beds are very comfortable and have everything you need: an outlet, a little trash tray, a light, a curtain and a shelf to put your stuff on. The rooms, showers and toilet were very clean and I appreciated the free shower gel! It's a great hostel if you're looking to just spend the night somewhere clean and comfortable. The self-check-in went smoothly and I did not encounter any problems with that. Staff is friendly and will help you out with questions

they had some issue with my registration in their system for which I had to wait for 30minto get accomodated, at last my bed was occupied but they gave me another in better room. I guess it al happened byl an accident, hostel looks overall very modern, clean and staff is ok.

Everything was great the biggest minus is that they don’t have a proper place to store the luggage so if you come really early before your check in you cannot leave it at the hostel. Also it could be cleaned behind the beds because I had an old banana behind mine. The rest was adequate to the price.

Usually there is a room when you leave your luggage after check out. I messaged the property and they said to ask a girl that comes later to the hostel, but I needed to leave earlier so I couldn’t even check with her if I can leave my things. However, that is a minor thing. Everything else is great.

Everything is based on tech (check in, lockers, keys) which is great. Very clean and you feel like you have privacy in a hostel due to curtains on each bed. Would return here again

There’s not really a kitchen, so it’s difficult to cook actual meals.

The shared room had the washrooms inside which being a good option would at times disturb you in sleep especially if you aren't a deep sleeper. It is normal for people to use the loo at any time but that can be a nuisance for some.

The facility was very neat and well maintained with staff always around to help you with everything. It was cosy and comfortable to sleep there.

Well, I saw some racist attitude from some guests so maybe a sign with some rules about will help to stop this. Also a face mask should be required to people that are sick since we all are in the same room and it stressed me out, as well to some other guests. No one wants to get sick in a leisure trip.

It’s very well located and the property is pretty clean and comfortable. Good internet speed. Easy check in. Automatized place which is great.

I would have loved to have a bigger kitchen. It's been just a microwave, water cooker and a fridge. Would have loved a stove. What I missed was a possibility to open the window in bathroom and sleeping room or a room refresher. It smelled from time to time with that much people in...

The staff was really great and attentive. Plenty of space to store your luggage secure and all in all spacious and clean. Good and easy to reach from the airport and city centre in walking distance.
