Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

ItalyNothing about the Hotel from me. Only the problem might be the traffic jam on the road and when if you reach to this hotel by car in day time you might need to accept some patient for this.... If you don't like this, maybe the Metro is better. Up to your trip plan,
Location; very good location because next to the Metro station, close to the Puerta del sol, etc.. Also within the walking distance there are a lot of famous spot (museum, shopping area, restaurant,..). Room: In our case unfortunately 1st night it was Double bed room (small for us), but after 2nd night the Hotel immediately changed to twin bed room (fortunately we have available room, and thanks to the Hotel flexibility). This room is very good for us. Breakfast; Good. Hotel staff; Very good, Friendly, smiley and kindness (good hospitality) I felt.

CanadaReception desk is only accessible by stairs (although remainder of hotel is accessible by elevator). Provided robes (even though we didn't expect them at this price level), but they were too small for most average-size adults.
Very good value for the price. Friendly staff. Clean room. Great location. Quiet, despite location. We liked the fact that the sink was located outside the toilet and shower room. That allowed more than one person to get ready at a time.

United KingdomThe coffee machines at breakfast were a nightmare to operate and frequently didn`t work correctly. The staff were constantly being called to assist in the operating procedure. I would suggest replacing them with an easier to operate machine, they will undoubtedly cause guests to downgrade the hotel, it sounds mad but coffee is THE most important item on any breakfast agenda.
Breakfast, and especially the view probably the finest I`ve ever had - light and airy, plenty of food options available - probably the best bit of the hotel.

PortugalOverall it was great, however we found the elevators are quite small. We were 2 persons and with the luggage it was completely full, almost difficult to close the door. But understandable in an old historic building like this one, which is part of the charm.
Amazing location in the heart of Madrid. Very nice staff. The room was great, silent and comfortable, with a stunning view of the city, as well as the cafeteria. Having breakfast with such views is a pleasure. We would definitely come back.
