The hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Valencia. The room was clean, breakfast fantastic, with a lot of options. The staff was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

I have nothing to complain.

The staff was very helpful and happy to make a chat or give you some tips about the area. We've stayed in the hotel during Fallas so the city, hotel and everything was super busy. Once inside the room you heard nothing more of this. Breakfast was good, like you expect from a 3 star hotel. Location is right in the city Center.

The rules for bike hire were confusing so we only hired one bike on one occasion. We stayed for a week without an upgrade, but we heard other guests get an upgrade even though they were staying a few nights.

We expected single beds but they were very close together. Not a problem for us as sisters but could be.

The breakfast was very good quality with an excellent selection of fresh fruit We had a sunny window opening onto the street despite not having one of the larger rooms. The location was perfect for sightseeing. We made use of a bicycle

Initially I got a much smaller room, which was upsetting and way below my expectations. But the staff was very accommodating and I was moved into a larger room without any discussion.

Location is excellent. Central but on a quiet street. The shower room was clean and recently renovated with all essentials of good quality. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated but the bed and pillows were comfy.

Towels were not changed when maid visit - the room was just cleaned. Very noisy, echoing corridors - doors slamming or people talking are aplified.

A well presented hotel in a simply fantastic location. The main square is a mere 2 min walk away - from here you can stroll through Valencia's beautiful streets to reach all the major things to see. Next door to the hotel is a mini-market for all your essentials. Opposite is the fabulous Cafe Madrid - well worth visiting for an Agua de Valencia. The staff are lovely - very swift and pleasant check in with Raul. The rooms are a decent size and are well equipped. Special mention to the rain shower that was lovely to just stand in. Things like an iron or corkscrew are available from reception. Good sized TV with the ability to use YouTube on it. I'd happily stay here again.

The room is a bit tight but we only slept there and we were out all day.

AMAZING location. Great breakfast, nice staff, good wifi, great lobby and free coffee and tea all day. Comfy beds and bedding and a fabulous bathroom. I loved this hotel and would stay again in the center. They got us a taxi to the airport for €30 early in the AM and it just made our trip, smooth and fantastic.

Breakfast staff could be more friendly - long queues to get a coffee only 1 machine and it ran out of milk every morning Shower adjustment hopeless… couldn’t move it and twice it flipped up and showered the bathroom. No beer at the bar? No bar actually.

Wonderful concierge service …. So helpful and friendly.

The location is just perfect, near the cathedral. Several nice restaurants, cocktail bars nearby, everything was in a walking distance. Beds were comfy, the Hotel even allowed to check-out 2 hours after the official check-out time.

The hotel is very central. It is a very good location since I worked with the university near by, but it is also close to the central plaza and to a lot of shops etc. The room was very quiet.

I liked the location. Is right close to everything. The staff is very friendly. I arrived early and the room was ready. I could work a bit from the lobby as well. They're eco friendly.

Nice and friendly staff, comfortable room and beautiful bathroom. The location was perfect, everything was walkable distance. The hotel even rents bikes, and provides free coffee and tea in their lobby throught the day.

AC did not work and with the window open it was rather noisy as there are bars in the lane below.

Great location and no fuss but comfortable hotel . Walkable distance to most sights. Very friendly and helpful staff . There was no kettle in the room but when requested we were given one .
