after staying 14 days our room wasn’t cleaned and there wasn’t any products to do it we think cleaning should be included with our stay , also the animals around not putting water or food out for them being a company social work to help make world better place, the gym was poor the cardio machines didn’t work, lack of weights only a few that I could use and for me I like to train well. Location was very far from the town

the staff was very friendly and collaborative good attention, coffee and water machines was excellent as we used them regularly the view from the balcony was fantastic facilities in kitchen was excellent and the beds was also comfortable and good shower .

Location was quite far (if walking)from Benidorm city centre and it’s a bit hard to access unless you are driving Also swimming pool caps are compulsory which you need to pay for at reception

The apartment had a twin room even knowing that we are a couple and the receptionist was aware of it. So, we had to sleep on the sofa which was not comfortable. The microwave was not clean.

Distance from old town, is about 40 minutes walk, , Nearest bus to old town, 10 minutes walk, also Nearest shop or restaurant 10 minutes, the beach is 15 minutes walk, bit of a hill coming back, walking didn't bother us, taxi from old town 7 to 8 euro average, , some days the smell in the bathroom was terrible, that happens in many other hotels and apartments in spain,

Lovely apartment, overlooking the golf club, very peaceful, large apartment, staff were very nice, cafeteria beside the pool, reasonably priced for snacks and drinks, should have a washing machine instead of a dishwasher , cleaning pack provided, very handy, plug sockets everywhere, kettle, toaster, iron, and hairdryer provided, no extra cost, just ask at reception, excellent quality bed linen,

The swimming pool was small and awkward to reach from our apartment and not suitable for anybody with reduced mobility. Nearest shop 10 minutes walk and central Benidorm 13 euros by taxi or 1:60 by bus or a 50 minute walk.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean. Dishwasher was an added bonus.

The location is not perfect as without a car everything is at least 20 mins walk and beach even further. I could hear the grass being mowed early in the morning because there is a golf course right behind. Renting a car would be perfect for this location but there is a charge for parking.

Loved the balcony and swimming pool. Apartment is really spacious and comfortable. There was cleaning supplies and bathroom accessories which is great. The staff was very friendly and really helpful. Perfect place if looking for quiet relaxed holiday and busy parts of Benidorm are 15-20 mins drive away so not too far either.

During winter room and the floors were cold and we needed to pick up extra heater from the reception.

Room was large and cousy. There was everything needed for a longer stay and the kitchen equipment was good. The location were really nice, right next to the golf course and the natute. There were very peaceful.

I didn't like the extra charge for car parking.

The apartment was spacious, the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, the facilities in the room were good, the balcony was big and had the sun most of the day, it was a short walk to the beach (not the main beaches though), free wi-fi, the staff were all very welcoming and friendly and the hotel is dog friendly.

This was my second time as first time was a great stay. Only small thing is that the room was a little bit dusty when I got in, I supposed it was empty for quite some time or something else. However I didn’t mention it to the receptionist, so, I take the 50% blame. The gentleman was very courteous and size of the apartment is great. Wish I had the balcony straight in front of the living room, nonetheless it was on the side but, beautiful balcony. I will go back to the place again in near future. Well done!
