Facilities in general The aircon didn't work and the water was licking from the ceiling inside the bathroom. The receptionist was not helpful and didn't offer any help or empath to resolve the issue (Room 215)

Our room (210) was good and spacious, but the twin beds were very small and soft. They weren't comfortable and would be more fitting children than adults. Lack of lights and sockets in the room. The fridge was working we'll though. No tea, coffee, or water provided for a 3 stars hotel. Our stay was expensive but this is in general the case for all Menorca. So we were overall satisfied with the price service ratio.

Excellent location, within 5-10min walk from Placa del pins where you could get on the bus for the famous beaches in Menorca/ or from Placa del Pau for the bus to Mahon. We asked for a room with a view on the cove and further inside the street as the roundabout could be quite noisy with traffic and disturb your sleep. Our room was on second floor with elevator and we requested to be far from elevator to ensure quietness. The bathroom and especially shower are spacious. Facilities were cleaned every day. Nice balcony to relax and enjoy the beach view. You can have a nice sea walk on the promenade for sunset and reach ciutadella main harbour and restaurants from the hotel. Soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided. Air conditioning worked well but is quite noisy. Fridge in the room is very appreciated. We recommend the stay for those with limited budget but want to explore Menorca without car and by bus, like we did. There were bakeries, coffee places, restaurants very nearby to the hotel, so quite convenient.

The fixture were missed up, in the room and outside. The mattress was very hard, and it was hard to find sockets near the bed. The window didn’t work properly. Few lights.

It is not very down town but that’s good for parking. You can reach the city center in 5 minutes walking, anyway. We asked to the staff for a boiler and they provided it to us very willingly (even though a stuff like this is usually already part of the service of the room in this kind of hotel).

The room and bathroom size is very small, lack of ventilation in the bathroom. We were given a room with a balcony facing the dark patio that was completely useless. Room light is dime without natural light or ceiling lighting.

The location in 10 mins walk to the town centre, the beautiful Playa Gran right next to the hotel, helpful staff at the reception, free parasol for the beach, room cleaning & fresh towels change everyday. Very strong air conditioning.

There’s nothing I don’t like about staying there it’s so central to Ciutadella Center.

I think breakfast should be included in the price like it was when I first stayed there a few years ago. It used to have a nice choice of food for breakfast.

- Very little storage space, limited shelves and drawers. - Only 2 plug outlets available in the room, one of them was not even in a convenient place. - Inadequate lighting. no breakfast but I knew it before I book it ;) the room is very small, only one plug to charge mobile phone, central ar condition :/ I found some rubbish in the drawer :( in the bathroom you have no place to leave your shampoo/shower gel … it’s a very budget hotel !

the location is very good, fews minutes walking from the main attraction and also I was able to parking the car nearby for free!

Fridge did not work, we needed some more power outlets than only one in the room. A bit noisy, coming from the street. Could not turn off AC without turning off all the power (it was aslo noisy)

Very noisy from outside the hotel, we could hear the voices of the people in the beach in front of the hotel very late at night.
