The parking space was quite limited. Not a big problem in low season, might be more problematic in high season. We would have liked to check out later than the usual 12 o´clock (3pm), but were asked to pay 40 euros for that - I would have wished for that to having been handled a bit more accomodatingly, as we stayed during low season and most of the rooms were empty.

Very nice hotel, which we chose because of its beautiful garden and its inhabitants. We usually do not stay in large hotels like this and, thus, did not make any use of the amenities (pool, restaurant, games...), but I think if you like these things, you are very right here as well. We enjoyed the spacious, clean, almost luxurious room with a great shower, two sinks, kitchenette, great beds, automatically illuminated wardrobe and balcony. We asked for a quiet room and our wish was accomodated perfectly. The reception staff was very friendly and amiable. Location is a bit outside of town next to a golf course. A rental car is recommended if you don´t want to have to rely on the shuttle service (which the hotel also offers). All in all it was obvious that the staff and owners of the hotel were honestly striving to provide the most pleasant holiday experience for their guests, and I think they do a good job!

Having stayed only one night there were no concerns for any of our group.

Very spacious two bedroom apartment for our one night stay. Clean and comfortable with great facilities inside and a large balcony. The staff were very happy and helpful. The resort has a large pool and bar/dining on site although our short stay did not give us opportunity to try these.

The cleanliness was not the best (not super bad either) -it could be vacuumed better. And also we did not have a cleaning lady in the package, so it did not improve. We also did not have enough toiletres. It was mentioned we will have them, but then we only had 1 soap. There was also no washing soap for the dishes and no sponge.

The swimming pool and the whole resort was beautiful. The room was very big and the bed comfy. Lots of parking spaces available nearby and Mercadona (grocery store) was also nearby, at the facilities we also had a smaller grocery store, which was actually really good and cheap. The view from our room was splendid! Of a golf coarse and the mountains.

we didn’t like that the property didn’t get cleaned. using the same towels for a week was tough especially as the shower is a wet room so the floors got wet and we had to use towels to dry them. it’s so quite far out. we got taxis everywhere but they were cheap.

Internet wi-fi very slow, basically impossible to browse, only to chat/talk. For faster connections you had to pay extra. Out of luggage room there is a weight that you have to pay to use. I don't know how many people do but would do so easy to have it for free

Overall we loved the apartment: spacious, new, it felt very confortable to stay there for few days. We also appreciated the kids playgrounds and the pools. In terms of location was convenient for us, we rented bikes and could easily reach beaches/coastal rides. Big supermarket 5-7 min walking distance Personnel of the hotel welcoming and professional Locker room we could use it full day after checking out which was convenient

Terrace stings during the day due to toilet canalisation in the middle. No service included even though high price 120€ per night for two - if you need working internet you need to buy 20€ per week, - if you need an iron, you pay 6€/day Hard to find it as the booking does not mention that it is in the Villa Mandi Resort, locations leads you to a fence, not the reception.

The location was not great. Though you could walk to the beaches and the main promenade in about 25 minutes, it was a lot of walking. There was a free bus to the beach and Siam Water Park twice a day, but we only used it once. It cost extra for the gym, the safe and cleaning/fresh towels. It does say this in the booking information, but we went for 8 nights and had no clean towels for free during this period. We stayed in apartment 321. Our balcony was in shade all day, and there was no private terrace, though most apartments seemed to have them. The Wifi was unsecure, and my work account actually blocked me from using it, as it was so unsafe. Luckily, I had hardly any work to do, but on other occasions this would have been a nightmare. I heard another guest at reception being extremely frustrated.

The apartment was very big. It was beautifully furnished and well equiped. It was very clean and we were allowed in straight away. It had the BEST SHOWER EVER! It was quiet. The grounds were lovely. The TV had loads of channels. The reception staff were super. The swimming pools super.

Disappointed with Booking.com description of location. Did not name Villa Mandi just "Apartments" and address. Map limited to recognise distance from coastline. No mention of Villa providing shuttle bus. Or location by golf course. Full description might have affected final choice

This is a self serviced apartment and cleaning is not included. if you stay more days pay attention to this as no towels or sheets are changed. Also no one empties the bins. please note there is no shampoo conditioner or moisturisers only a hand soap.
