AustriaWe’ll initially I asked for a transfer from the airport, which they told me they don’t organize, than I requested that they recommend a transfer company, but never got a reply to that email.
It has a great location, the food and drinks were great, I loved that the drinks were self service, so you didn’t have to wait in line to get served, the animation team were fun and enthusiastic. So overall we had a great time, I would definitely recommend it.

United KingdomThe hotel is more for families with kids . I thought to travel myself only, but last time a friend of mine agreed to go with me and I was very lucky about as in case to travel alone, I would feel in the hotel very uncomfortable and lonely. All people around were with kids . Young couples with little kids or Grandparents with their grandchildren. Also the swimming pool was constantly crowded with kids and the sun beds were occupied with towels since 6am pretending that someone left just for 5 minutes. The other swimming pool was empty as the water was bloody cold. The SPA needs modernisation, I guess it is old like since 1980s , but clean. The food was good, we were served everything people need within a week , plenty of alcohol too, but the desserts were very cheap on taste like palm oil stuff and the chocolate in the desserts tasted line plasticine . We decided to stay just with fruits. Our room was impossible sometimes to open as the electronic key simply didn’t want to work and the reason was not in demagnetization as we kept our keys separately from our phones and other doors like entrance to the hotel from the beach side , works good. The lounge area was good and even a couple of times during our stay ( 7 days) in there was a proper disco music with a Dj and entertainment, but rest of days elderly were playing table games with their grandchildren or families with kids , so not a lot too do in the lounge for friends like us , so after the dinner we just had another cocktail or some coffee at the reception area and then were going bed as no option. There was a cinema hall with everyday live music , but again that kind of stuff for families. The pillows in our room were very uncomfortable thin.
Almost everything according to the stay, the staff was very friendl, location of the hotel is very beautiful , the food was delicious. Some people complained for the long distance from the hotel to the beach , but I wouldn’t say the same . The distance was short with no step hills steep hills . The beach was just amazing, clear blue water, yellow-white sand , weather in our stay was good. We were 12-19 April 2023, but last day was a bit cloudy and windy.

CroatiaRoom a bit outdated. Loud noises from corridor, mainly because guests have to slam doors in order to close them. However, we notice rooms next to our have been renovated, so I believe it will be fixed soon. During the dinner one lady came to our table and we were asked to do a survey on tablet that everyone else were using. Please change that approach. Everything else about this hotel was just perfect and deserves the highest scores.
Hotel facilities, bars, restaurants, hotel staff, pool area, location, views. Amazing all inclusive service! No waiting time in bars and restaurants! Food and beverages top quality! In short, one of the best hotel we ever stayed at!

When we got to the hotel we were welcomed by Mr Paweł who is a true maestro of the front desk. He made our stay unique and unforgettable. As it was our anniversary, we got a discount on the room upgrade. We were delighted with our apartment- a huge terrace, stunning sea view and jacuzzi in our room kept us spending more time in the room than we planned before:) The animation team (Judith, Barrbie, Marcin and Stano) did everything to make us active and enjoy every moment of our holidays. The food was exceptionally good. Barman Felipe and his friend from Dominican Republic were preparing the best mojito in Fuerteventura! We’re already missing this hotel and we’re coming back soon for sure!

PolandWe experienced plumbing issues with a sewage smell in the bathroom and poor TV reception, particularly in our Star Prestige room. The air conditioning was noisy, and there was a rattling fan. The balcony mattresses were soaked, and the food focused more on quantity than quality. Additionally, staff only communicated in German without asking about our preferred language first. :(
The hotel's location is fantastic; you can take a walk on the beach just by stepping out the door, and within 50 meters, you're on the sand. Shops are also nearby. The best asset of this hotel is its smiling and helpful staff.

BelgiumThis hotel is from 70s and is extremely old. The rooms are super old, the toilet is moving when you sit down, canals smell bad. Air conditioning is with 3 levels but you cannot put a certain temperature levels, again very old. They want to be sustainable and have put water to refill bottles but the water is with horrible chlorine taste. The hotel has forbidden the inside shop to sell water but for the prestige they serve bottled water. This makes no sense! Other hotels offer good quality water yo refill.
