Queues for coffee in the morning were a bit rubbish . Noisy on the ground floor facing the bar. As for higher floor if you want it a bit quieter maybe. Thin walls

Breakfast is terrible, awful. 🤦 Coffe, juice no go, worst quality possible. Salami, cheese, salad... Low low quality.

The bathroom was extremely small and so were the towels. Also, the air conditioning didn’t work.

The staff was friendly and the our room had a lovely balcony with a couple of chairs to relax. It is located in Paguera’s main avenue and close to a public parking, which was key since you must rest a car to travel along the island. The breakfast was great, with a variety of options and the bar is open until late at night.

They confirmed late check ins were possible and then cancelled our first night one day before our arrival, saying reception availability had changed. We got a refund, but still it was very upsetting and stressful to have to look for a new place to stay with such short notice. We still had a great stay despite that.

The rooms are nice and clean, the breakfast is good and the location was perfect for us, close to the beach and many bars/restaurants in the area. Lovely staff, especially Babette who made us feel welcome right from the start.

Overall everything was fine, but unfortunately, the room was very noisy. We could hear absolutely everything from the other rooms. They could also have better pillows since the ones they have are too small.

The hotel has a pretty nice location, is close to the beach, and with several restaurants nearby. The room has a good size, the bathroom is excellent and the whole room is well-equipped with a wardrobe, a big mirror, a tv, an office desk, and a small fridge. Bonus point to the staff that was really welcoming and helpful in every interaction we had.

Cooked food at breakfast was cold, and a lot of cups were chipped.

Rooms were clean, and cleaned to a high standard every day. All staff were very helpful and friendly, made us feel very welcome.

-the hotel changes the bedding every 3days and not everyday which is bad. -the bed was uncomfortable -There was no variety in the breakfast and the juice was not natural. But special thanks to the Moroccan woman working there, every time we asked for mortadella she brought it to us

Elevator was a bit noisy, bed in the standard room was a bit uncomfortable at times.

The staff was really friendly and helpful, they speak English and German really well. The room service always kept the room clean. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Great location, lots of stores, restaurants and beach nearby.

I will not lie but you kind of get bored of breakfast after few days. The room could be a little bit bigger.

it was okay, the reception lady was super nice at check-in. Very friendy and kind stuff. the location is great, you can easly go for afternoon or evening drink of snack something. Like the location really is perfect. And few meters away you have free parking, if you rent a car.

Our room did not have a sofa as described but an extra bed which was not ready and dirty. The bathroom also had a strong bad smell so they changed our room which was much better. WiFi was down for at least a full day. The front desk is not 24 HR manned as per the description so you need to inform in advance for late check in.

Very well located. A lot of options for breakfast. Friendly staff that wanted to assist. Good sleep. Spacious balcony.
