We couldn't get into our room, couldn't contact anyone. Finally, after 1 1/2 hrs. not knowing what we were going to do a maintaince man showed up and we told h we couldn't get in our room he goes to a Artificial plant and picked the key out of there. Our door did not have the same as all the others because it looked like a fight or something happened to the door and they were waiting for the part. But know one told us what was going on. We tried 3 phone numbers, and know one answered. We were ready to call the police to see if they could help, but after the guy showed up, we didn't have to. So we weren't happy.

No staff to be seen or reception desk, so relied on self check in (had to ring to access the door code) on arrival. Presume this helps keep the cost down though, so not really a big problem.

Contemporary stylish decor, decent sized room, and excellent location right next to the cathedral. Brilliant price!

Elevator wasn’t working so I had to carry my luggage to the third floor on my own because there was not staff to do it for me.

In the center on Jerez, so it’s one step away from many great restaurants and touristic places to visit. Beautiful architecture.

Lift didn't work. It wasn't problem for us, but could be for older or disabled people. There was a leak from aircon so we needed to switch it off, but luckily it wasn't too hot at night.

Lovely view if you have room facing to cathedral. Also nice roof terrace area with great view. Close to many attractions (cathedral, alcazar, Tio Pepe museum, etc.). Free car park about 300m away (outside of old town walls).

Building looks a little tired..no full length mirror..wardrobe too small.. hot water boiler in catedral room too noisy when heating and disturbed sleep and not nice to look at in such a wonderful room. Don't understand why there is a dining table in the entrance..could do with a drink dispenser maybe?

Workman right outside the hotel started at 7.30am and so woke us up. It was messy outside so had to walk through piles of powdered cement to get to the main entrance. We complained that we should have been warned. Reply we booked the front rooms so our fault. Those were the only rooms available on booking. One room shower taps labelled C and H (english) but C was for Hot (Caliente) confusing. Basin sink tap didn't reach the basin, annoying.

Great Location, Easy to find. The rooms are presented beautifully and the decor is shabby chic.

There was construction work next to the room starting at 7AM, would have been nice if I would know upfront. I experienced the communication per whatsapp as a bit rude.

The roadworks outside weren't expected and in all honesty I almost booked elsewhere. The room was OK, broken desk, half broken light fitting, shower fitting was broken meaning you had to hold the head to wash. The only window was facing the courtyard. Only contact through WhatsApp and not in English. Their are electronic door codes to enter the rooms and the building hence other reviews of ppl waiting outside. Call the number and you will then get a WhatsApp with the codes.

The location was perfect for us as our friends wedding was at the bodega up the street. Cheap hotel.

The building smelt too strongly of air freshener. I was woken early in the morning by cleaning staff crashing a trolley of linen into the lift/stairs/walls. Window faced the inner area and people were smoking at bottom so had no view and room smelled of smoke.

The room was a good size and was clean. Check in was easy.

Boiler was making a funny noise in one of the rooms for a bit and some people might not like the shower being completely visible to another person in the room. Our friends mentioned that they got a bit of sewage smell in their room.

Great location, so comes with the noise and busyness of the street. But we got rooms with windows into the inner courtyard and did not get disturbed by that. Beds were comfy and shower was great.

Construction right in front, during weekdays, can cause noise in the rooms facing the street. This is your place if you want zero interaction with staff; everything via whatsapp. Better get in touch in advance if you need to drop your luggage (wish i knew) but expect to receive check-in information (entry codes) only 15min before.

Spacious room. It's ideal for summer as it doesn't heat much (the air conditioning doesn't help).

When we arrived there was an issue with our room which was quickly resolved and they were very apologetic.

The hotel was in a great and very central location. The rooms were as pictured and nicely finished. The ladies who work and run the hotel were kind and ready to help.
