The Penthouse aspect with only a small terrace off the master bedroom.

We were a group of six ladies and we shared three bedrooms and enjoyed the lounge as a communal space. Very comfortable. Location was brilliant as so close to old town but central to visit Gros and other areas of San Sebastián.

It was a life changing stay for me due to a simple fact that these lovely people upgraded me to a room with a south-facing balcony. People sometimes don't know what a gesture like that does, I live in London in a north facing flat and I had such a tough, sunless winter. This simple gesture did wonders for my mental health and I am beyond grateful to this day. The balcony even had a lateral sea view! It's an amazing place, right by a park above an amazing cafe Amelia and a quick walk to the beach and the old town, it felt so good to be here. Thank you.

The slight downside during the late Winter months was that there was no air-conditioning, and only heating available.

Service was exceptional, especially with the reception offering to microwave things for us (we booked the smallest room) and allowing us to check in earlier as the room was available. Fantastic location in the heart of San Sebastian, and even has a small lift so no issues with carrying heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.

A great little apartment for exploring Donostia San Sebastian. Our only regret was not having more time there. Location is fantastic and we were able to soak up the Basque vibes just by walking around.

Liked everything about this place. The location couldn't be better, a 5 minute walk to la concha beach. From the moment we walked in the receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. From recommending the best pintxo bars to visit to providing us with umbrellas on a rainy night, the service was impecable. The suite we had was very modern and super spacious. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed!

The fantastic location, easy walking distance from the beach, and from the old town. They loaned out beach towels and umbrellas, and had a coffee machine in reception, and a great coffee shop just around the corner at Amelie.

Noise from the streets. There are large bins just outside the hotel, on the road, which make a lot of noise when collecting them early mornings.

Fantastic location and the staff were super helpful, suggesting places to eat, helping us book bus tickets etc. The shower pressure was excellent.

Great location, very clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. I’d forgotten the correct charger and because the shops were the reception kindly let me borrow one for my stay. Would stay again.
