The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is very well placed by the square. Secure parking was available approx. 250 metres away although luggage could be unloaded directly outside the hotel which was very convenient.

We had difficulty finding the parking. The bedroom was cold. There was an air freshener in the bathroom and the smell was overwhelming. I put it under the table on the landing.

As advertised, the hotel is old. The bedroom was small but we enjoyed our one night there. The restaurant was really good and the waitress was helpful and friendly.

The welcoming at the reception was perfect. The hotel has nice rooms, good beds and it is spotless clean. Good atmosphere around. The restaurant is execelent ! On request there is a parkingspace at walking distance and that was key for us.

The only downside is that the parking was a bit of a walk away.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice square that has a good range of bars and restaurants. The shops are also close by. The room we had was small but comfortable ideal for a one night stay and good value considering it included the breakfast. The hotel has a good restaurant menu, if it seems a little pricey you can choose from the bar menu, the food was good. I would definitely use the hotel again.

You can hear everything from the rooms beside you. I literally could hear a man snoring all night and going to the bathroom. I didn't like the fact the desk clerk tried to tell me the room I booked with a balcony was gone. I insisted he ask the manager. They gave me a room with a balcony after me showing them the proof of what I had booked.I felt like they were hoping someone else would come along and pay more for the room I had booked. Left a bad feeling for me. I don't usually complain about stuff like this but it was not nice.They also said we would have to pay for off-site parking.You can find a spot on the square with metered parking for a lot less if you time it right.

The breakfast wasn't great. There was fresh orange juice but no real coffee just pods...in Spain...and usual selection of plastic cheese and ham. Nothing cooked.

This hotel is situated right on the main square. My room was quiet, the wifi was good and there was plenty of hot water. Check in was simple. I didn't eat in the restaurant as it was end of season so a reduced menu. The square has various bars/eateries and there are multiple shops/cafes not much further away and a museum. It was 10 mins walk from bus station.

I would stay in Elvas or Evora again. I would bypass Zafra because it has less to offer than Elvas and Evora.

Room was clean with good A/C. Breakfast was adequate. Dinner was very good and worth the price. Parking was safe and convenient.
