Super clean flat with a wonderful view of the main square. Quite good dimension, even for longer stay. The flat is extremely modern, thanks to a tablet it is possible to regulate everything and it is keyless since you enter using codes. Amazing sleep quality with completely blackout windows and a comfy bed. David is such a kind and caring host, it was a pleasure to have met him.

Very nicely equipped and clean apartment on the Plaza Mayor in Caceres. Good noise isolation from Plaza Mayor. Good restaurant underneath the apartment and lots of shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood.

This property is so centrally located on the square, surrounded by cafes, bars, shops, tourist office and is within touching distance of the old city of Caceres. It was absolutely spotless, they seem to have invested in smart technology and Im guessing in soundproofing as we did not hear a sound from the square or other residents staying at the property. I did not realise that you could get the entry codes to the door and our apartment by doing an online check in but that was not a problem. There is a button at the door which says office and it was answered immediately by David who brought us to our room, explained the entry codes, did the check in and talked us through the features in the room. David was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room (203) was bright and airy and had a king size bed and overlooked a small internal courtyard which David said we could use if we wanted to sit outside at any time. There was aircon in the sitting room and the bedroom, which we did not use given the time of year (May). The presses were adequately stocked with delph, cutlery, pots and pans for 4 people staying in the room. I loved the idea that you do not get keys, that there is a code for the main door and a separate code for your room. Our only concern if you could call it that, was how do you let them know that you are leaving as there is no key to give back, however this conundrum was solved for us as David was chatting to another couple as we were on our way out so we could let him know we were leaving and could thank him for his kindness and the lovely apartment he made available to us. We parked in a nearby car park (150m) which had been recommended by the owners, cost was around €12.50 for 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Beautiful studio apartment with everything we needed right on the Plaza Major. Front and apartment door were codes so no keys to lose. Wonderful, welcoming hosts with ideas for dinner. Good directions for a parking garage near by.

The apartment was very modern and beautifully appointed and just as described, the location was excellent and the managers who met us at the beginning of our stay were very helpful and informative.

The apartment is very cosy, clean, very comfortable beds, good kitchenware. Very warm and thoughtful staff. The localization is the best you can get. I loved the experience and I will certainly come back :)!

Literally nothing, it was a fantastic stay and we would love to come back.

The location was incredible with a fantastic view over the Plaza Mayor from the terrace. The apartment is really beautifully decorated and was very clean, with smart features for lights and aircon/heat etc. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. It's a lot of stairs to get to the top floor - totally worth it for the view but worth considering if you're not good with stairs.

There is a panel on the wall of the apartment (security/entry system?) that gives off a lot of light at night - may bother people who like a very dark room to sleep.

Perfect location overlooking the Plaza Mayor. Less than minute walk from the parking garage and 2 minutes to the old town. Windows blocked out any sound from the restaurant below or the square. Host was very good.

This was an excellent stay! The apartment was like brand new, very clean, spacious, and right in the plaza mayor with great views of the old city. David, the host/manager was very friendly and helpful with the stay and recommendations for dining. Great deal for the price. I'll definitely return!

A minor thing: It would have been useful to have a tea towel, although we did have kitchen roll. A small internal step as you come in the front door (it is an old building, so unavoidable).

Great location in the centre of town with views over the Plaza Mayor. Comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. No street noise. Useful to have a washing machine in the basement to use. David was very helpful with check-in. A small outdoor courtyard is available, but we didn't use it (in early February). You get a discount at the restaurant below, we did use it for lunch. Can also recommend Taparia La Tula across the Square.

Lots of great options for food nearby, we traveled in the off-season and somethings were not open when google said they were, but this has been a common issue everywhere we traveled in Spain.
