Very clean, functional apartments. Quiet location, small building. We really like these apartments as they are just what you need, well-maintained and in a lovely quiet spot one row back from the Pine Walk, out of the busier town centre. Will use again when visiting Puerto Pollensa. Check-in is a walk away but not a problem if you know what to expect.

There was a damp smell in elevator and bedroom - not sure what caused it as we were on top floor. The rooms had few windows because the apartment was up in the roof, but on the other hand, the terrace was good compensation

We asked for a quiet appartement, upper floor in the booking - we got a ground floor one, next to the noisy building’s entrance. The host didn’t inform us before our arrival, they weren’t able to fulfil the request. And said they were not able to cancel or shorten our stay. The room was also not very clean, so we got another one - on the ground floor next to the noisy a/c central unit. We didn’t have energy to move again to a smaller apartment that they offered for the last days. So we stayed and slept in the living room to avoid the noise. The building site works next door woke us up in the morning.

The appartements are comfortable and well equipped. The reception is about 800m away (Hoposa Bahia Hotel) but the cleaning team is nice and helpful. The hotel offered us a late check-out possibility.

There were issues getting access and it was noisy due to moving furniture above and stairwell.

The pool was nice and the Appartment was very clean.

loud cherry picker being used to paint apartments opposite. 2 days out of our 4 day stay made it not possible to relax at pool or on the balcony. Understand it’s not the fault of hotel but annoying.

there was no communication that where we were checking in wasn’t where we were staying. so they had us take all our suitcases out of the car and when I asked how to get to the hotel she said it was just down the road. it was actually far further than that which should have been communicated as we ended up walking the suitcases 15/20 minutes down the road when we could have easily driven if that was communicated.

location was great, right near the beach and the pool was lovely.

ants. dirty hallway. hard mattress. thermostat is not working so no heat or air conditioner. Bad Value. Overpriced. The night before stayed at 5 star hotel for 30 euros less than this place charges, and they had great breakfast included. This place is not worth it.

communication with the staff - didn’t book a taxi for us as agreed and were hardly around at the apartments to help (someone available a few days of the week 10am-2pm, otherwise you need to go to Bahia hotel which is 10 mins walk away and longer if dragging cases of course) pool was very small and so didn’t use it but knew that before stay No main light in bedroom so dressing in the dark?!

There are approx 10 steps down to the entrance which is tricky if you have heavy bags. The pool area is very narrow. If everybody used the pool at the same time it would be packed with little space to walk round. There are sun loungers but no tables and chairs. The walls are thin and at times the place was very noisy with other guests moving chairs and slamming doors. The front of the apartments were just feet from the pool so there was no privacy in the lower apartments Cleaning was cursory

The apartment was big and spacious. Functional kitchen Nice balcony. Plenty of storage space. Lifts to all floors

Great location. We have been before. A bit disappointed with the room servicing. Only came in once which was the day after we arrived. Had to ask for clean towels and bin rubbish to be collected.

the cleaner came once in 8 days. I had to ask 3 times for her to change the towels. she never once mopped the floor. it wasn’t good. you can’t dry towels (they don’t dry outside - you’d think so wouldn’t you - but 2 days later they’re still wet). there’s no storage in the studio. Ours had three beds squeezed in but no drawers to put your clothes. dresses hung in the bathroom as no handing space longer than shirts and the kitchen is rammed full of ‘stuff’ so food was just on the table as nowhere to put it away. They needed to take the bed away and add some drawers or move a long bed end type thing and put drawers there. You end up living out of the suitcase. the house directly outside has dogs which bark and howl all night. I know it’s not the apartments fault but it’s there. You cannot sit on your balcony in peace for noisy dogs. not good.

It was clean and modern, lots of hot water and a good shower, nice towels. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. Really nice location.

Unfortunately, the room we had this year is clearly one that can be used as an adjoining room for larger families. The sound proofing was bad…family next door, the first couple nights of our stay, might as well have been in our room!!

Convenient location to beach, less than5 minute walk, clean and comfortable.
