Absolutely stunning view and location. We had a wonderful week staying at this apartment, there was everything you could want within walking distance. The apartment is very spacious and even has a useful utility area. We found the area the apartment was located in was very peaceful.

Second time here and all I can say,it works it's magic. The views are amazing and the apartment is amazing. We have booked again for next year. My mum is 88 and has dementia,so it should be stressful taking her but it's not,they are so accommodating. As soon as my mum arrived she was a different person. I can't explain how beautiful the view is and what it does to you. The owners are brilliant and help you anyway they can. My advice is book it.

The apartment is spacious, clean, bright and well equipped. Location was ideal and the sea view was perfect. Acress to the sea was 20m from the apartment and swimming was off a jetty. Small sandy beaches are close. Lovely walk along the Pine Walk to the shops/ restaurants. Area was fairly quiet and peaceful, but only a short walk to bars/restaurants with some live music. Communication with host was excellent and easy.

The location on the sought after Pine Walk just set back from the waterfront and on the first floor was perfect affording fantastic views of the bay. Far enough away from the bustle in town to be very quiet. Parking was great right under the property. The apartment is very spacious, modern, light and well equipped. Fans in the bedrooms suit us perfectly. The lift worked well.

Firstly, Javier was very helpful from the moment we booked the property, until we left. The location was stunning and the pictures of the apartment don’t do it justice. The kitchen is very well equipped and the separate utility room is great for hanging out wet swimming gear and towels! Bedrooms had ample wardrobe space and beds comfortable. We were there during an exceptional spell of hot weather, so the ceiling fans in the bedrooms were very welcome. Overall, we couldn’t fault this apartment and will definitely be recommending to friends.

The view out of the window is just perfect. It is calm and only a ten minutes walk to all the restaurants in Porto Pollenca .The apartment has everything you need and is just lovely . On the terrace you can enjoy the very pleasant view on the sea and harbour of Porto Pollenca.

This apartment is perfect for a quiet stay on the pinewalk with fantastic first floor views from its sheltered terrace over the bay. The jetty to swim is just opposite only 20m away and this end of the pine walk has a more exclusive feel to it. The apartment has all the amenities one needs to stay on the beach and to self cater including washing machine,dishwasher and excellent Wi-fi. Just behind the apartment is the Formentor store and cafe - ideal for stocking up and for a leisurely brunch. We’ll certainly be heading back - I hope soon!

Nothing!

We loved the fact it was right on the beach. We had 4 teens with us and they were swimming every evening for hours while we sat with the beautiful view. The living areas and kitchen were great, everything we needed to cook in if needed. Plenty space outside to eat. The location on Pine walk is perfect for a walk in the evening down to the restaurants and other activities. Javier was a great host and answered any queries immediately.
