We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I've stayed here before. The location is good for a stay when just passing through (as I was), or as a base from which to explore La Rioja. The breakfast menu available was OK

IrelandI had a pinco and the burger, disappointed with the burger but next time I would opt for something else. Breakfast is adequate and very reasonably priced.
Have stayed here before, really lovely location. Parking on site. The room was spotless and had a wonderful view.

BrazilNoisy at night - only takes two people talking in the reception or dining area for all the rooms to hear it. Staff very stressed out, few staffers need to do everything in their shifts..
Easy to get to by car and a good point to start your Rioja trip. Nothing special about the property though. Fine for a 1-night stay. It could be a charming place if the owners made an effort, but that doesn’t seem like the case.

United KingdomStaff not very welcoming or informative. We stayed on a bank holiday and a group were just leaving as we arrived whilst another group took over the restaurant the next morning. Felt as though we were the only two guests staying in the hotel and seemed as though we were a bit of an inconvenience to them. No plug in the sink or half bath. Had to prise information from staff - just asked our names on arrival.
Easy to find with convenient parking. Quirky place with dark wood, wrought ironwork and lots of old wine barrels etc as decor. Menus in bedroom gave options for breakfast, burgers or pizzas. The hotel also offered a menú del día - tasty meat stew was good but just a plate of cubed slow cooked meat.

NetherlandsEncountered quite a few long brown hairs in both the bathroom and the bed sheets. Probably from the previous guest I reckon. Hygiene/cleaning could be improved. Furthermore, the curtains don't keep out the sunlight, so it's impossible to keep the room dark after sunrise.
The hotel's restaurant serves very big and tasty pizzas for only €8, -

SpainThe balcony railing is in my opinion a bit unsafe. If I was here with kids I for sure would not let them on it. They were also doing some renovations so it was a bit dusty.
This hotel has amazing potential and I would love to go back once it has been fully renovated. It somehow feels like a magical place with the staircase in the middle and the amazing views from the balcony. The staff were also extremely friendly and we got a warm welcome. Although it was not perfect I absolutely loved my stay here.

SpainRestaurant and bar closed. No, I mean no receptionist all night and next morning. Building work at 7pm -9pm. Couple above us screaming and being violent and NO hotel staff at all on duty. Think, The Shining, I would not have been surprised if Jack Nicholson had appeared from the gloom shouting, 'Here's Johnny ' Why this hotel is open is utterly beyond me. Horrible experience.

United KingdomBy far our worst stay in a hotel. Awful facilities, uncomfortable bed, dirty bathroom, noisy… absolutely awful. Price is not justified whatsoever. There were bugs in the bathroom, the shower/bath was not working properly and the bed made noise each time you moved slightly. They also only left toiletries for one person. Would not recommend and will definitely not be coming back. You can get better hotels for this price.

IrelandIndifference, told on arrival that I didn't have a booking, as I had been driving most of the day my phone needed charging to confirm booking. A most unfriendly person arrived to confirm that I did indeed have said booking. My room was mediocre, the noise from the road and adjoining fields was constant through the night. I have stayed here previously as I do some business with Bodegas in the area. The dinner menu was a choice of hamburgers, just about edible. I certainly will not be staying here again.
