It was a lovely hotel and we had a gorgeous room. Spa for the size was great and we were given slots a s a family so we didn't have to worry about disturbing other clients

The only very small thing for improvement would be an insect killer in the main restaurant! Having said that we would highly recommend this hotel as a lovely place to stay.

Lovely family run hotel with the added bonus of it’s own spa (small additional cost), good food, ideal location and free parking.

We were able to park on the street outside without difficulty, but I imagine there could be busy periods when this wouldn't be possible. The entrance to the private car park is adequately wide (contrary to what others have suggested): the problem is manoeuvring in due to cars parked in the narrow street directly opposite. Directions to the hotel could be better. There are a couple of signs near the main road, but these peter out once you are in the back streets, and I couldn't have found the hotel without seeking directions.

Beautiful hotel, very clean room and comfortable beds. Helpful owner, or actually father of the owners, made sure we had everything we needed. Very nice evening meal, but would have loved to eat a bit earlier than 21:00.

The hotel is in a narrow side street in a small village, so a car is essential.

Our suite with private sauna was pure luxury! Every detail was carefully thought out...large room comfortable bed, huge bathroom etc. The restaurant food was average, but the hotel staff were very helpful. I would definitely recommend.

What is not to like here?? The place is stunning! We got the two floors bedroom which is amazing. There's breakfast option and it's quite abundant. Also follow the recomendations from the cute grandpa running the place for nearby visits and you won't be disappointed. Easy parking. Giant tub.

When we arrived we were shown to two rooms which did not correspond to the rooms we had booked. This was sorted out relatively easily. The sauna in the double room had not been switched on so never really got to a proper temperature during out two day stay.

The rooms, especially the double suite with sauna was really beautiful and well appointed. The hotel spa was lovely and the restaurant excellent with good authentic local food. Parking was easy and just opposite the hotel and we were able to take our two dogs.

A hidden gem in the heart of Villalpando. This pasada was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, offered good food, an incredible thermal spa, and wonderful staff. What a nice surprise.

I thought it was overpriced for what it was including the food, I was charged 5 euros for 2 coffees (in comparison to a local bar the evening before charged me 3,30 for a glass of wine and bottle of beer) he also wanted to charge 20 euros extra for my 2 non shedding medium dogs. I wouldn’t return there are much better places nearby just thought I would try something new.

Rooms are large and spacious. You’re paying for only that much. Service and staff are not well trained and are almost non existent. We never saw any breakfast that was promised. Communication between staff was so poor that they barged in my room without knocking twice before check out for cleaning. I was told by the owner when I checked in he’d rather see children with us than our dog since he likes young couples like us with children and not waste our energy on pets. Overall, poor experience due to the service. Rooms are fine.
