We enjoyed our weekend in Palma a lot with Terra Santa. The personnel was wonderful, friendly and welcome and very helpful. We also enjoyed the spa area and room overall. Can highly recommend!

Everything had been well planned and put into practice. It didn’t bother me, but the rooftop pool offered very little and was the least attractive part. Some screening from the wind could add to its attractiveness.

Very clever, sympathetic refurbishment throughout. Room looked really good and bed enormous with super mattress. All staff (reception, serving, cleaning) very friendly and helpful. Food looked good and tasted even better.

Minor issue with the bathroom with water escaping from the shower cubicle which hasn't been sealed correctly leaving a small pool of water on the bathroom floor. Also there is a gap between where the toilet is fitted and the bathroom wall. There may be a problem with the WiFi as the TV kept losing the WiFi signal. This didn't detract from thoroughly enjoying our stay.

Recent refurbishment to an excellent standard throughout. Large comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and super friendly staff. We look forward to returning again as we enjoyed our stay so much.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it never disappoints. The rooms have been tastefully refurbished recently. The welcome from reception is a model which should be followed by all hotels. The location is fabulous - right in the heart of the historic area of Palma.

The building and interior style match’s the old town vibe. Very boutique and unique in a good way. Room is very nice and cozy. Bed is big, Mattress is not hard. I love the toilet and shower are separate. Staffs are super nice and helpful!

Even though we traveled to Mallorca during the off season, mid November, this Hotel exceeded our expectations. The location is superb, central but hidden in a quiet corner, with the friendliest and most helpful staff, who recommended and helped us plan activities all around Mallorca and booked us a last minute Taxi to the airport when our flight got canceled super last minute. I loved that they kept the rooftop pool open as the weather was magical (even in November) and they offer private use of the spa facility which has a small indoor pool and a sauna. Perfect for a relaxing evening. make sure to book in advance. Room was clean and comfortable, not a great view in our case but we were perfectly fine with the accommodation and the room service was exceptional. They provided us with everything we asked for right away. We didn't get a chance to eat at the Hotel as we wanted to try all the restaurants in the city but the food smelled amazing and seemed to be full of happy customers. We only had drinks in the Lobby which were great! I would definitely recommend and will stay here again if I had the choice.

It’s very difficult to find. Our cab driver from the airport dumped us some distance away saying (correctly) it was in a pedestrian area, though he could have got nearer. After a day out, we had difficulty finding it on foot even after we’d been there a couple of days!

Lovely restored property, nice room, great staff, good food, central location. We will definitely return.
