This family run hotel took us in during Covid when we were desperate, so we were thrilled to go back and thanks them. Obviously, everything much nicer this time. Incredible location, with view from window of Lake and mountains, and superb meal in restaurant.

Hopefully it is fixed now, but the door to the bathroom in our room was broken and so could not be closed.

As much as the hotel is lovely, Don't eat here!. We had a few drinks in the bar waiting for the kitchen to open, and fortunately, we had nibbles with the drinks. When the food arrived it was nothing short of dreadful. I was served lamb chops- my dog would have turned his nose up at them. We sent all the food back and went to bed hungry. a real disappointment for what is a lovely hotel Street parking is available.

This a well-appointed hotel in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The room was clean and modern, just what we needed. comfy beds, good showers , smart.

The staff are not that friendly or maybe they are understaffed and so busy that they don't have much time to answer the queries of the clients.

It wasnt the hotel - it was the Spanish evening meal time, not serving until 2030! Fortunately they served coffee and nice cake in the afternoon which kept us going!

We will be back next year

We have stayed here several times, twice this year (June 2023), it a quirk lovely place, part hotel, part pub. We met up again with the Rumanian waiter who really does make the stay special, we hope the owners value him as much as we do. Our room had stunning view of the lake & mountains, if a little damp that day. The drive over the San Gloria Pass to Potes is a must do thing. Enjoy !!

Very clean, seemed a bit quirky on arrival but the hotel actually is full of character and is in a great central location, amazing views of the Picos, staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help, breakfast was fabulous

Abrupt man in reception/bar. Not much sleep. Noisiest hotel we've ever stayed in.

The staff was kind of hard to find, and some were a bit abrupt and seemed annoyed to have to answer questions. The notable exception was the woman who checked us in - she was really helpful and courteous! Overall, it was a very nice stay!

The location is amazing - view of the lake and mountains was spectacular. The hotel itself is very charming with lots of local history/traditions represented in the decor and architecture.

The double bed in the apartment needs changing. It was rubbery and viscous all at the same time. Very noise as we changed position at night. Not suitable for a nice night’s sleep.

The service was a bit hit or miss. It varied from excelent to indiffrent. In general good though.

The cooking facilities were very basic and the hob didn’t work. The staff helped us with this issue very promptly.

The apartment was spacious and clean with an amazing view over the lake and mountains. It was walking distance from bars, bakery and small general store.

The breakfast is very basic. Orange juice, coffee, and a slice of the hardest toast.

It has a underground parking garage for motorcycles. The staff are lovely and the food is great.

Location was fantastic, Views from our room were spectacular. Room was gorgeous and very comfortable. Dinner was also great, breakfast was not included but we availed of their breakfast offering and paid separate and it was just perfect for us. Staff were very friendly. Secure parking for our motorbike was also available and free.

Good location for visiting the Picos - perfect for our motorcycle tour overnight stay - garage for parking bike if required.. The room was clean & comfortable & we had a good evening meal in the restaurant.
