There are not many kids facilities that one can use if traveling with family.

The location is great, close to the main attractions and easy to get to the beach.

Beds are on wheels? Not nice, you cant lie on the headboard before the bed slides away! Need to change the system.

Thought we may have had bath robes to use while staying, so I didn't pack any, but that was not an issue. There was really no adequate drying rails in the bathroom for bath towels and certainly not for our used spa bathing costumes and caps. This meant daily changes of wet towels whereas we would normally have saved that laundry if they could have been aired and dried.

Friendly communicative staff, easy underground locked parking with access to ev charge and also bike racks. Ideally disturbed for beach or Turia park, and moments away from the ciudadde artes y ciencias, also shopping. Super spa, Great value. Really comfy bed. I liked that they use pump dispenser shower gel and also moisturising lotion instead of wasteful packaging.

All was good

This is a well run hotel at walking distance from the Science Museum and with easy public transport connections to the city centre and the beach. The breakfast was excellent and all items were regularly restocked. staff was friendly and gave good advice about Valencia. There is a shopping centre across the street and a Corte Ingles department store next door.

No tissues or hooks in the bathroom and too few hangers in the closet.

The location next to the bus is very convenient. Room size was very nice with separate beds, beds are very comfortable! Breakfast gives a good choice but the atmosphere is very sterile.

The location is not so convenient for the Metro & the Old Town. Adjacent to the fabulous futuristic City of Arts & Sciences. Please Valencia, light up these buildings at night! Even though the Spa circuit is wonderful & great value for money, I do think there should be a warning sign on the seriously powerful jets as I pressed the button & blasted my daughter in the face which could have been serious as she has facial piercings. The steam room was too potent to spend any time in it sadly as I do prefer this to a sauna.

Having stayed there a few years ago I remembered the spa, it didn’t disappoint. The staff were very helpful with storing bags & ordering a taxi on check out. Good restaurants choice around, we dined at an Italian called La Mafia on Av de Franca, don’t miss out on their wonderful herbal Aperitivos.

A lot of noise coming from above our room. Sounded like chairs scrapping on the floor early in the morning.

Spa at the hotel although you have to pay extra. Nice breakfast for a couple of days. Good location and comfortable beds.

There were some basic things missing, which you normally find even in much cheaper hotels. For example, there was no hairdryer, no kettle to boil the water, a member of my family (who stayed in another room) couldn't borrow an iron - which is surprising. This tells me that the hotel is not suitable for business people who would need to quickly fix some things if needed. So, pretty surprising for a hotel which looks so flashy and inviting.

The hotel is very nice and well presented. Location is fantastic. Food was great.

Our neighbour was very loud at night, it seems that walls are like paper. Also, there were like empty wine bottles in the elevator, not very charming and clean.

The room was spacious and clean, bed was comfort, parking was easy.
