It’s about a 40 minute walk to the town although a taxi is only around 6 euro.

Lovely staff. Poolside restaurant has great selection for lunch. Picco Italian restaurant is delicious. We booked a room with a private pool which was lovely. Supermarket outside hotel is very handy. Close to beach.

The location is excellent, beside beach and 10 min walk to Cala Blanca, and 20 min walk to Ciutadella. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was spotless and breakfast was superb. Enjoyed every minute.

Loved our room we had a suite which gives you extra room which is lovely and easy to walk to local restaurants and staff very helpful Took taxi which was less than 7/8 euros into cuitadella a few times Breakfast was very tasty and lots of variety It was nearly end of season so probably quieter than usual gardens flowers all the plants were very well cared for beautiful

Absolutely amazing territory ! Great restaurants with excellent variety of the meat, fish, fruits, fresh smoothies and juices. High level of the service and overall very attentive every employee to the guest. I truly loved the customer approach and each facility in the hotel.

We had a baby with a buggy and our lift didn't stop on our floor. We had to carry the buggy down or get the lift from another floor up to ours in order to use the lift. Not the end of the world, Otherwise couldn't fault the hotel or staff. We would definitely stay again.

Location is great. Quiet area in the evening. The beach is 2 minutes from the hotel. The sea is lovely to swim in. Hotel is very relaxing. The pool area and pool itself is really nice and relaxing. Staff are warm and friendly. Would recommend breakfast included, great selection and really nice food. We would definitely book again. Scubas diving centre 2 minutes away.

Our room was on the ground floor and although pleasant to have a garden area it was dark & dank as the bushes were so high there was no sun getting to the garden or terrace. The rooms and corridors on the side of the hotel we were allocated could do with updating as quite tired. Quite a walk to the resort centres either side. Need to get some decent walking sandals, a car or pay for a taxi!

Chose to have the buffet evening meal on one occasion which wasn’t the best. Was told drinks were included and was charged separate for these. Had to ask 5 times for a drink to be served

The Hotel was great, massive suit which I booked, clean, tidy etc. Very good location - just 10 min by bus to Ciutadella City Center, 5 min walk to Cala Santadria - amazing beach. Friendly staff members. Breakfast was delicious with vast of choices and to everyone taste. Definitely I would recommend this hotel and if one day I would come back to Menorca I will stay in Prinsotel for sure

Staff at reception weren’t as helpful as they could be and never volunteered information we always had to go back and ask, such as how to work the safe in the room how to get towels for the pool

The advance booking for restaurants, but that was only the Grill at the hotel. The hotel restaurant doesn’t open until 1900 for dinner so you have to eat a big breakfast or lunch! The breakfast service is a bit chaotic, could benefit from a better system. They said only Club members in the terrace but that wasn’t the case in practice. Other than that, beautiful stay!

Amazing stay, gorgeous hotel, so clean, brilliant staff and perfect location, right next to the beach. 2 pools, one for kids and one for adults, the food is great but you have to book for all restaurants (in the hotel, Sa Caleta and Ciutadella) in advance which we didn’t know, otherwise you get caught out and have to eat at the hotel every night.

Booking a 2 bedroom apartment with a terrace overlooking the car park For the cost of the room it was deeply upsetting to find the terrace was overlooking the car park If the hotel wants to be 5 star this can't happen! I also worry that a lovely hotel which we have enjoyed so much is becoming so expensive as it upgrades and will become unaffordable for families.

This is just a personal preference but I felt that it could have done with a bit more atmosphere and activity in the evening. There was an act that performed at 9.30 in the evening which for those of us with small babies, couldn't hold out until that late. It would have been great to have had something going on for those that had earlier schedules.

A really lovely hotel. Great food, great pools, friendly and attentive staff, great location if you're looking for a quiet break and only half hour walk / 10 minute bus into Ciutadella. We'd rate the breakfast 10/10.

The beach close by is very natural, looks very nice but it is very smelly and is not pleasant to swim actually. We never went to swim for all 5 days.

The kids club and the monitors were very good and our son was very happy spending time there which allowed us to relax. the breakfast buffet also had many options and was good. You can enjoy the tranquility of the hotel.
