There was a slight odour in the bathroom and we found the bed was hard, not suitable for us but I guess that is a matter of preference. Neither of these things spoilt our stay however.

Location and the apartment were both superb. Everything we did was within walking distance and the roof terrace was lovely after a day out. Everything we needed was provided, it was very clean.

The bedding was a bit cheap feeling - and the pillows very flat. The hot water ran out twice and the shower room is quite small.

A fab view - but street below can be noisy as it is a very busy touristy area.

The staff working for the apartment suite were wonderful from the get go. They communicated immediately and effectively. Everything went smoothly in receiving the online door key and we were even able to check in a bit early since our flight came in early. It was a colder and rainy day and we couldnt get the heat to start initially but they were very helpful in sending someone over to assist us. One of the staff also stopped by to make sure we were ok. Location is wonderful and suite was clean and beds very comfortable. We did let them know one thing that would have been helpful- at least one bottle of complimentary water so that guests dont check in and then immediately have to go buy water. Other than that it was a perfect stay and I highly recommend!! Thanks for hosting us!!

i\It was a bit noisy in the evening, unsurprising for being on a main street in a tourist district.

The location was gorgeous and central to most all the sights of Sevilla. The hosts were immediately available by text, which was comforting.

Very nice apartment. Very clean. Very comfortable. Fantastic location. Could watch the crowds around the cathedral from above which was fun. The hosts were incredibly helpful, communicative, and made everything very easy. My kids LOVED this place due to the space and comfy furniture. I would stay here again for sure.

I don't like when nobody is there to greet us personally and check us in. There is a system with an app you must download and it works with a local phone but with my UAE number I did not receive the activation code. Once in you have a physical key card which is important since people who travel could run out of battery on their phone. The walls are super super thin, you can hear everything..

The location is fantastic, when you walk out onto the balcony you are literally facing the cathedral, there are amazing restaurants and coffee shops around everywhere and parking is ca 300 m walk away. They sent a whatsapp and have always replied regarding questions and were very attentative. The beds are comfy, nice and new towels, there was a complimentary bottel of water and it was spotless clean 10/10

Overall is good, only for the wifi connection is not very stable.

The location of the hotel is near from the train station, it's around 30 mins from the airport to the hotel by taxi and you need to walk a little bit to the place as the taxi cannot stop right in front of the apartment. There is only 1 flat in 1 floor, and the view of the place is the famous cathedral of seville, which you can look at it in you flat and go to the rooftop and enjoy the wonderful view. For the security in this area, it is very safe and just be careful for the tram in front of the apartment. There's some good pastry and ham place nearby, and let you to enjoy a good breakfast. You may also buy food to cook as there's kitchen in the place. For the room, it is big enough for 4 people and it's tidy, the room and the bathroom as well. There 2 bathrooms, 1 for the master room which have a twin bed, 1 for the other room which have 2 single beds. The view in the single beds room also can see the cathedral. For the bathroom, it's nice and tidy and provide shampoo and body wash, the quality of it is quite good. For the service, there is no front desk in the building but you can reach them through the booking.com app and their response is fast and helpful. Overall the experience is good and will come back when we visit seville.

Ideal place to stay in Seville: close to everything, very clean and comfortable. Exceptional view of the cathedral from the balcony and from the roof. Great communication with the staff. We would like to stay longer.
