A representative for the property met us on arrival, handed us the keys and showed us through the apartment. He also provided a description of amenities in the area which was helpful. He was provided us with information on events and happenings in Seville and was able to make reservations and bookings for us for certain shows and restaurants which was great. The space itself was fantastic, very spacious, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including 3 bathrooms (2 full), a kitchen, laundry room, spacious living spaces and bedrooms and two terraces. The location was also excellent, right in a central hub, walking distance to everything to see.

This apartment is so close to the Catedral and Alcazar. Wonderful restaurants are nearby. The apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Miguel, our contact person was so very helpful. We loved staying there and hated to leave.

Perhaps provide shampoo and additional extra roll of toilet paper. Two ice buckets provided. But only a teeny ice tray.

We were originally to be 8 adults but 2 dropped out. The fourth bedroom was very small ( really only suitable for children ) which would have been a problem if we has all been there. The kitchen wasn’t very well kitted out as there were no tea towels or washing up cloths/brushes & only one teaspoon!

if theres anything that can be improve is you need to change the aircon filter for master bedroom often or consider relocate to other place because i can smell the restaurant smell (grilled seafood smell). when i turn on the aircon on master bedroom.

we love the property everything was so lovely. it was so clean. spacious and location is at the center of everywhere where we want to visit in sevilla. perfect. will come back for sure

Access to the apartment by taxi is a bit inconvenient as the taxi does not come up to doorstep

Instructions to use the washing machine would have been helpful. We used YouTube.

This apartment was in a great location, it was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean! It was lovely place to stay for 2 couples and everything was close by for sight seeing. The Alcazar and Cathedral were right there! Lots of restaurants and a little grocery store were nearby.

It would have been good to have use of the terraces attached to the apartment. They weren’t set up for use although maybe that was because it was low season.

The only issue was plastic covers on the mattresses - which made it really hot and clammy at night. Don't know why properties use these awful plastic mattress protectors, they are terrible to sleep on. otherwise - its a perfect apartment and fabulous location - couldn't be any better.

fabulous apartment - wonderful location. well appointed facilities. washing machine was really useful. Family of 4 adults - but we all had lots of space to chill out together - or alone.

Not a single thing

Super clean. Property is in the center of the city center, steps away from cathedral and alcazar. Close to everything, shops, grocery and restaurants, but super quiet at night time. We stayed in the penthouse, beds are comfortable, the rooftop view to the cathedral is incredible. Our host Miguel is absolutely helpful.
