It was just perfect! The beautiful room, The breakfast wich was freshly made every morning and they noticed it was my birthday during the stay. they brought a bottle of Cava to the room with some almond chocolates.

The staff make a hotel and I’ve have stayed worldwide and never had such amazing service , help and friendliness . Front desk staff cleaning and hospitality staff all 5 star . My wife’s bday and they knew and brought little cake and a candle . Can’t speak highly enough . Location is great to walking distance to everything .

Location is awesome. The staff, Pablo , Frederica and the rest of the staff make sure it is an exceptional experience. The rooms are cozy and roomy. Bed is great. 300% recommended!!!

Layout of breakfast menu, it just didn't sit right. On a very personal note, whatever was used on the sheets irritated my eyelids.

Location ideal, on edge of old town, next to park, near all attractions. Car parking underground (paying) was excellent, highly recommended. Breakfast good, very pleasantly served. Housekeeping was super efficient, very nice staff. Front desk very helpful, assisting with some reservations for us. Choice of pillows really good.

Hotel and room were very clean, Staff were very friendly and helpful. perfect location for walking/cycling around city. close to all local tourist spots by foot. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from close to hotel. Next to park and nice easy 40 min cycle to the beach.

Almost nothing. Only a minor thing is the elevator comes sometimes a bit slow.

Our stay in Puerta Serranos was perfect! The hotel is located at a very convenient spot, you can walk to old town just within 10min. Also easy to catch a cab. We arrived early in the morning and could check in to have a rest, which was really nice. Staff are all very helpful and warm welcoming. We booked the room because we really love the interior. It turned out the room is not only elegantly designed, but also quite spacious. Breakfast was delicious. On our departure day we had to check out early and could get a take-away breakfast. If we visit Valencia again, we would definitely still stay here!

Was quite warm in the room, because of the heating which get warm due to the cold night temperatures outside. Either you use then the aircon or you open the window, so it was ok.

Lovely hotel in a good location for the historic part of Valencia and also within easy reach of transport to the beach , science and arts complex. The welcome drink on the rooftop terrace was very much appreciated.

We had the room with inner view, and it's very dark. Especially it's bad when you wake up and there is no natural light at all. Soundproofing can be better! You can here people on your floor, and sounds from another room. Everything besides these was nice!

I have been to Valencia several times, and I can say that this location is perfect. I liked the disign of the room, and also everything is super clean and comfortable. A lot of attention paid to details! Staff is very friendly and help with everything you need. Rooftop is amazing!

I would have looked to have a few bathroom supplies already placed since I did have to ask for cotton pads to remove my makeup and normally they are already provided. However, when I called reception they provided me some cotton pads very fast so the service was great.

The breakfast was really good, very filling and the coffee was amazing. I would have loved to see pancakes for breakfast but I loved the breakfast none the way.

The hotel is amazing, it’s been decorated really nicely, it’s in a perfect location to the old town and all of the staff go above and beyond to accommodate your stay, would highly recommend this place to anybody visiting València!
