The room is a bit cramped, there's a bit of road noise due to the location near a relatively main road, but soundproofing is great so it's not too much of an issue. Breakfast is a la carte and very good quality, but not having any kind of buffet is a bit inconvenient as everything needs to be ordered individually, including drinks, cereal, milk etc. These were very minor inconveniences and didn't really affect the quality of our stay.

Location was fantastic, easy to reach by metro from the airport. The staff were exceptional - Pablo sat down with me to show me the parts of the city he'd recommend I visit, whilst ensuring everything on my trip went well. The room was very modern, clean and comfortable.

The room was a little noisy sometimes, but nothing too serious.

The staff were very nice and helpful right from the start, especially Nacho, welcoming me and giving me a tour, showing poi on a map. Later on, they've left a note in my room to check how i was and a left an energy drink for me when they noticed i went running. The room had a kettle and small muffins every day. The bed was comfy and cleanliness was top. It also had a small balcony with view to the city and the towers. I enjoyed my stay very much and it exceeded my expectations.

Car park access was very tight but staff assist. Although breakfast was fresh, abnormal way of ordering instead of usual buffet did not suit us. Would use hotel again but use local cafes for breakfast.

The hotel was excellent. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay there. We had everything we needed, stylish rooms, spotless, modern, and well-fitted throughout. The staff was attentive to your every need, from, check-in, restaurant, and cleaners, very helpful. Perfect location, most tourist sites are literally on their doorstep. Overall 10/10

It was just perfect! The beautiful room, The breakfast wich was freshly made every morning and they noticed it was my birthday during the stay. they brought a bottle of Cava to the room with some almond chocolates.

The staff make a hotel and I’ve have stayed worldwide and never had such amazing service , help and friendliness . Front desk staff cleaning and hospitality staff all 5 star . My wife’s bday and they knew and brought little cake and a candle . Can’t speak highly enough . Location is great to walking distance to everything .

Layout of breakfast menu, it just didn't sit right. On a very personal note, whatever was used on the sheets irritated my eyelids.

Location ideal, on edge of old town, next to park, near all attractions. Car parking underground (paying) was excellent, highly recommended. Breakfast good, very pleasantly served. Housekeeping was super efficient, very nice staff. Front desk very helpful, assisting with some reservations for us. Choice of pillows really good.

Hotel and room were very clean, Staff were very friendly and helpful. perfect location for walking/cycling around city. close to all local tourist spots by foot. Plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from close to hotel. Next to park and nice easy 40 min cycle to the beach.
