Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainThe only negative is no parking. Luarca isn’t the best town to find a spot (we had to park about 10 min walk away which wasn’t ideal with a lot of luggage) but apart from that, everything was great!

Overnight stay Camino del Norte, located close to harbour and a few minutes from Camino Route. Very well equipped, we wished we could have stayed longer. Anna, who met us on arrival, was extremely helpful, resolved an issue with Correos and made us feel welcome. Thanks again Anna for your help.

United KingdomCould do with better directions to guide you to the front door. Simple fix would be to take a picture of the front door. Currently using a Google maps locator which says it’s behind the Hotel Baltico, when in fact it’s a couple of doors along the street. Needs a welcome pack in the property with WiFi code. We had to text the host. Luarca was mostly closed in the early part of the week this time of year (May) so we didn’t eat out in the town. Suspect parking will be a fight in high season as was full when we visited.

United StatesKeys were located about a block away. While not that big a deal in and of itself, combined with finding a parking spot it could have been another "hoop" to jump through. Suggest putting lock box at entrance of property.
Found them OK, but in the rain it was a hassle to go somewhere besides the property to collect the keys.
