Building and rooms are dated, but clean, except for the dirty armrests on the couch. It could use a thorough cleaning or replacement. Bathroom shower (tub) has only a 1/2 partition to keep water out so lots of water on the floor when showering. Only provided tiny soap disks for handwashing in the bathroom. Kitchen should be supplied with more dish soap instead of a small one-time use packet. Not happy we had to pay an extra 3 Euros per day to rent the safe in the room. It should be included in the cost of the stay. Construction was taking place on the outside of the building - thankfully our room was not on the side where workers were present renovating the exterior walls and balconies. Our room was above the restaurant exhaust system so we couldn't leave the windows or balcony door open or room would be overcome with cooking smells. Once restaurant closed for the day it was ok.

Aparthotel located right on the beach. Beautiful waterfront boardwalk that goes for miles. We rented bikes from the property and rode the length of the boardwalk in both directions. Lots of restaurants along the waterfront and nearby. Walking distance to historic center. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Great water pressure and hot water for showers. All the necessary dinnerware, cutlery, appliances, etc. available in the kitchen.

The accommodation is dated and in need of refurbishment. Given that it is an aparthotel, basic cleaning products should have been provided. Not recommended for families with children as hot water runs out after one short shower, and then the rest of the family members have to wait for at least half an hour between showers. No noise insulation, and you can practically hear everything in the adjacent apartment.

Rooms are dated. Kitchen microwave old, numbers on hob burners worn off. Had to buy coffee pods from vending machine. Shower had mould on the ceiling and the half glass wall got water all over the floor. Didn't like paying for safe. Curtains dirty.

The hot water finished after one shower and you have to wait like an hour in order to take another shower. Also the lights when all off at some point but after trying to pun the card again and again it works.

The stuff was very nice with us and helped us to book a trip to Gibraltar for the next day, answering to all of our questions (and it was a lot). The apartment has a small kitchen with the necessary stuff but not enough for cooking.

We had issues with broken aircon unit. Was given a portable unit which was noisy and affect our sleep. This happened on the Saturday night and they couldn’t move us to another room until a stern conversation with reception til the Monday morning. Then we had issues with our door not locking and having to call reception/maintenance to come and reset the electronic lock. Reception had a massive leak and we were several hours early evening when trying to shower after the beach without water. The new pool area is small and already showing signs of needing repairs to the tiles and could have done with a clean. So one to many niggles to deal with on a weeks holiday.

Location. Have stayed here many times before covid lockdown. Rooms are good, modern and clean.

Our room was a bit tired. I think it could do with a refurb now to be honest. There were a few problems during our stay and the staff weee very good at sorting everything out for us as quickly as they could.

Have stayed at the property on at least 5 occasions. The staff are very friendly and very accommodating . Great location right on the promenade.

It was expensive and the property took out my payment twice. They did refund me but I only recieved it the day we left as it was over 700e it was a lot of my spending money

Good location, very near to the port, beach, bars, and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. The room was clean, big, and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying there and I will stay there again.
