No coffee or tea in the room although not a major problem as getting a morning coffee from the restaurant below was easy

The location was excellent for our romantic city break . Close to the cathedral and bars and restaurants. Parking close by. The staff were friendly and helpful and the cafe restaurant had good food fir break lunch or diner. The room was ideal although no coffee or tea making there.

Receptionist a bit grizzly!

Nice young woman with blonde hair spoke English and was very helpful. The view was magnificent of the cathedral. Nice spa facilities. Lively nightlife close by with great bars and restaurants.

Staff friendly but took a while to get info I needed despite her good English. E.g where to go for breakfast, what to do with robes etc.

Spa was truly amazing. 15 Euro for 90 mins of bliss. I was the only person in there and after 300 miles of Camino I needed it badly.

We were able to hear the next door neighbour. Not too sure if they were speaking very loud or the noise was coming from the vents above our bed.

Absolutely nothing, it was a perfect stay and incredibly good value for money.

Absolutely fantastic staff that were incredibly helpful, we were able to park our motorcycles in a secure adjacent garage. Hotel reception lady spoke excellent English and provided us with a detailed map of the best things to see in the city as well as a recommendation for a restaurant for supper. Our room overlooking the cathedral was immaculate, very spacious and was very quiet at night time.

The hotel room was smaller than advertised and not overly clean. The shower head was broken and we had trouble turning off the tv. Our breakfast and dinner were served in a cafe at the side of the hotel with a limited menu. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again.

Leon is a city that I loved entirely, especially because it is very convenient to visit for a night or two and relax here in this hotel before continuing to travel or after having traveled in other places. You must book an appointment for the use of the Spa beforehand. The room was beautiful, it has everything you need and a little more. I would definitely come back to Leon to stay here again! The staff is very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is excellent and very comfortable. The best experience in this region of Spain.

But the hotel was on a pedestrian street and I had a very heavy suitcase. I found it hard to find. I could not contact the hotel in advance by phone despite trying a few times. It was very quite basic, no water, no iron or ironing board. I misunderstood that it had a swimming pool, but it was more of just a spa...plus it cost extra to use the spa. No parking, but I was lucky to get parked nearby on the street.

Location was good, could not be closer to the cathedral! I found the bed comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast even though it was in the bar that was attached to the hotel and it was good value.

safe did not work and staff were not interested, no manager to be seen, laundry pickup advertised but when asked there was no service, we were told to go up the road🤷 and the spa was cold and a bit dirty, no one showered before 🙀
