The staff were lovely and very helpful. This was the first leg of a trip to southern Spain to celebrate our 20-year anniversary. In advance of our stay, I communicated with them, and they booking dinner reservations and flamenco at our request. Also, I had wanted to buy a couple of the coffee cups from the room. Unfortunately they were not available while there, but the staff remembered and got in touch with us when they were available, facilitating sending us the mugs as a wonderful memento of our stay. The breakfast was also wonderful - plentiful and fresh. Finally, the room was beautiful and comfortable with an amazing view of the cathedral from the small veranda! Great location, closer to everything.

Shame the resident bar was not as you walk in off the street. Never felt the need to meet on the 2nd floor .

Loved this property - rooftop pool and bar area was gorgeous with an alternate lounge bar on the 2nd floor if it was too hot on the roof. The location is perfect, close to shopping, great restaurants and all the main sights in Seville. The staff were also very helpful and attentive. Our room was fabulous with a small lounge area separate to the main bedroom. We secured a great rate through Bookings by booking six months ahead. Excellent all round - absolutely no negatives.

Because of walking traffic, have to drive around the city to the hotel and sometimes cannot drive to the hotel, have to walk and carry luggage a block.

New, Clean. near everything, no good for driving or arriving by car because of walking traffic and no car allowed near the hotel.

Truly great location, had room 106 which was brilliant. The reception staff are true professionals and very helpful. The roof bar is just breathtaking with the Giralda towering above it.

We had a fabulous stay this week at Querencia de Sevilla. A fantastic central location, within walking distance of all the main sightseeing attractions. There is an amazing rooftop bar with views over the Seville skyline and the Cathedral . The pool and sunbed area are spotlessly clean, with attentive staff and the pool is a welcome relief from the hot Seville sun. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

Got there early and thought we'd try and check in. To our delight we could, and they gave us an upgrade at no extra cost! The staff were fantastic and extremely helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. Being in the centre of Seville, everything is close by and within walking distance including the tram. The hotel restaurant is beautiful with amazing food, we went for a lunch and a dinner. I cannot rate Querencia de Sevilla highly enough, it would be our number 1 choice in Seville.
