one night my door card didnt work at 3 am i called the 24 hour number but i was told to find another hotel for the night and they cant do anything… On top they cut the call after this … very unprofessional i spent my night at reception on very uncomfortable chair untill lovely lady who cleans the apartment used her card to let me in.. 9 am staff came in and they did whatever they could but not much as I already lost night sleep . reception staff was helpful when they at work .

Can get noisy at night with post-party folks chatting loudly downstairs and the rubbish collection truck! No fault of the hotel.

Apartment style with a little equipped kitchenette. Dishwashing items are provided. Fairly spacious for 2 people. Sufficiently clean and tidy. Helpful and friendly staff.

It was very noisy: around 1.00 am the waste collector truck stopped under our window, which barely stopped and noise. Also the walls felt like paper hearing even the tiniest movement of our neighbours, like we live together

The apartment was spacious, had a big bed, a good bathroom and a small kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. The location was very good in a relatively quiet neighborhood with a supermarket and restaurants close by. The instructions to enter the accommodation were very clear and the staff was very friendly.

Internet was bad with unstable and weak signal. The sewage of the shower was clogged. Just having the water on and already the lake was forming! The windows couldn't be closed properly, which with the lower temperatures around was not a nice experience.

Everything was perfect until my room was double booked. At the third night my door just opened and 4 people barged into the room while I was sleeping. I was scared to death….. The reception did nothing at the moment and only when I complained the next morning and announced that I was leaving early they apologized for the incident….

The photos definitely did not reflect what we got, the apartment was not newly renovated as discussed or per illustrated photos. Poor sound insulation, very noisy with street noise and bin collections late at night and early in the morning. The bed mattress was very hard so very little rest or sleep. Arrived on a Thursday, room cleaning on the Friday and none after that when we parted on Tuesday. Had to go and ask for more towels.

We actually stayed 5 nights, the general location was ok, plenty of shops and easy access to bus and metro.

There is a 100 € deposit of which we did not know before hand, but everything went smoothly, we received the money the next day we left. It just came as a surprise. There was a very small space for the shower to get to because of the toilet and the bidet. ALso, the other guests next to our room were SUPER noisy till 5 am, which was very disturbing.

PERFECT accommodation for a quick trip to Madrid. Our room was not even a room, it was the whole corner part of the building, it felt like it was a suite actually. It was spacious, nice and clean, close to everything, there was a metro station and shops around the area. Multiple toiletries, there was a bidet as well. The bed was really comfortable! Not too soft and not too hard, two pillows, which is always nice and a huge blanket for both of us. In the kitchen there was everything, nice equipment, although we did not use it. There was clean sponge put out. All in all, very very happy with the place.

I liked the location but the decor is poor, quite uncomfortable and my room was not cleaned one of the days, although I had left the sign for that on the door before leaving for a meeting in the morning. There was not at least a tiny bottle of detergent to wash the dirty plates, so they piled up. No kettle or toaster. Very cold in the room, the heating did not work. Only one blanket (no eiderdown) in the bed, so I froze. No telephone in the room to call reception. Extremely tiny bathroom. I did not find international channels on TV.

I liked the location, nothing else. Receptionist, when available, was friendly.

The pillows were traditional Spanish pillows, clean and in good condition, but my son and I both prefer slightly thicker pillows. Perhaps some other international clients would also like to see some extra ones. When one travels one does not expect everything to be like one's own home, of course! Otherwise the apartment was perfect for us.

The room was very clean and well equipped. The location was quiet and seemed safe, and was close to the metro station as well. The staff were very friendly and helped us with every question we had, even though none of us speaks good Spanish. The garage was secure and the area was clean.
