The only disadvantage are thin windows so you hear quite everything from the street. The street is very quiet, though there is a bus and garbage collectors passing by several times per night. If you are a deep sleeper (like my kids), you'll be just fine, but if you are a light sleeper like me, you'll be up several times.

The location is great, walking distance to the centre and Montjuic hill just behind, supermarket and bus stop right accross the street, bakery 30m, nice restaurants just 2 streets away. Easy to eat out or shop and prepair inhouse. The appartment is clean and comfortable, perfect for 4 people, in 5 people when you need to sleep in the living room it gets a bit jammed. It is equiped with soap, toilet paper, even dishwasher tablets, sponge, salt and all those little things you appreciate you don't have to buy or bring when staying for just a couple of days. The personel always responding promptly and very helpfull! Allowed us to stay after check out as the kids got sick, thanks again!

Well equipped apartment, near the Metro. Comfortable beds, TV in each room. Two bathrooms, clean with toiletries. Several supermarkets and pharmacies close by, pleasant bar over the road. Easy check in process.

The apartment is close to the city centre and in a good area with stores,bus station,metro station,everything you need. The apartment is clean and the elevator is good,even If is only for two people.It is safe and works well. It was warm inside the apartment and enough space for 5 people.You can enter and leave easily from the apartment and the building,only with a code.There is a luggage box where to deposit your luggage If you arrive earlier.

We had a bit of argument with the owner due to misunderstanding upon arrival. Lately we managed to discuss it. During our stay, without informing us they entered the apartment and made some reconstruction work, while all of our stuff was there. They left mess after work, we cleaned up the apartment. The elevator is tiny, max 2 people or 1 person with one luggage. Bathroom needed extra cleaning. Due to thin walls you can hear every steps in the neighbourhood.

The location is good. The apartment was as expected.

Excellent location, Metro station was within 3 minutes walk.You will find all necessary items in the apartment from cutlery to dish washing tablet. Comfy beds. Marc is an excellent host, answered all questions promplty with patience. Provided extra set of bed linen upon request without any hassle. I just asked him if there will be tea making facilities and to my surprise he provided a box of teabags, really handy for a tea person like me. Supermarket and cafe around the corner like 1 min walk. Plenty of halal food options nearby like fried chicken, doner kabab, pizza etc. My 3 kids who are very particular about space, cleanliness etc loved the place.

We were surprised by the request for payment of a guarantee. Checking later, this is mentioned in the property description and was returned on time. Although it was not an impediment for us, the entrance to the building and the elevator are very narrow. I do not recommend to those who need a stroller or wheelchair.

We are a family with a 5-year-old child and we spent a 5-day vacation here. The apartment was as expected: clean, warm, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Although we had some problems with the registration and activation of the access code, they were solved in time. The area is residential, central, very close to the metro but also accessible on foot. We really enjoyed walking around, although the metro and bus stations are also very close. You will find many shops and restaurants very very close.

Where do I START. Ordered a baby bed and was not there when we arrived, Had to install our own. The place was dirty even if they charge 60euro cleaning fee.The owner was really rude and threatened to lock the house and let me and my family (Family of 6 with a 1 year old ) stay on the street at 23.00 at night because I was questioning the guarantee as not normal for a booking stay. The parking situation is hard for a family

Metal chairs, noise traveling of others in apartments above and below. You could hear conversations, chairs moving on the tile floor etc quite well. Some initial awkward communication about being able to check in at 3 vs 5 pm, but we’ll put that down to language barriers. Expensive, but that’s Barcelona accommodation.

Good mattresses, shower great water pressure, nice balcony, full kitchen (couldn’t find wine glasses?), and easy to access. Good sized fridge and AC. Stairwell in the building seems authentic.
