No Shower as head was broken, none of the staff spoke English well enough to explain this. When I arrived I was told that I had to pay cash and that I was charged 10 euros for my dog. coming to 85 euros. I gave the waiter (he had come up from the restaurant as the reception area was not staffed) 100 euros. He then said do you want any change!!!! I said yes please, which did not make him very happy!!! he then went to the bar giving me 15 euro coins. Sadly I know that Booking. com let the owners delete bad reviews. so this will go very quickly.

great big bedrooms with great big beds. Very clean, friendly staff, good food. Straight off the motorway if your travelling either way through Spain from ferry ports in north. Close enough to Toledo to make a visit if you stay for more than one night.

only problem was finding it, the name on all the signs says Hotel Modero. So we drove past it a number of times before a friendly local a t a nearby village took us there.

Big room with a spa bathroom, bed was enormous and comfortable. Has a restaurant and bar on site, loads of options for eating. The steak was perfect. Friendly locals in the bar. Will stay again on way back from south to the ferry. Try it!

when we arrived I initially thought oh s£!t this is right by the motorway, but once we were in our room that disappeared, the room was superb, & we could not here the motorway, then the bar & food were also superb, so what we had expected to be like a UK motorway hotel turned into a lovely evening & night Thank You

Elevator didn't work but the staff were very helpful.

Quiet, clean and VERY spacious rooms that were cool even with hot outside temperatures. Beds firm and comfortable. Amazing views to the rear of the property with exceptional wildlife (beeaters, swallows, swifts, birds of prey, starlings etc and rabbits). Friendly staff who helped with luggage. Secure parking.

There was no hot water, so we were unable to wash properly. Once the staff was notified about the lack of hot water, we were able to wash in the morning. The shower hose did not fit into the shower hose bracket, which was also too high, so we had to rinse off by hand. The beer served in the restaurant was also the most expensive we encountered during our month-long stzy in Spain.

The room was clean and we had a very tasty dinner in the onsite restaurant.

My bag was stolen from the chair in the restaurant and I have sent several emails to ask if it had been handed in with no response! Cash, bank cards and driving licence gone when it happened the staff just shrugged their shoulders.
