Excellent location, beautiful room, free parking outside hotel. Breakfast amazing! Lovely touches, like a bottle of Cava in the room and a parting gift of snacks and water for the journey. Attentive and charming staff too, would definitely stay here again.

The only negative was that I was not able to stay longer in this flawless, fabulous hotel, so I will have to plan a way to stay again!

I would estimate I have stayed in over 500 hotels in my life, for work and pleasure This hotel was by a very big margin, the finest I have ever stayed in From the moment we walked through the door, the staff could not have been more kind and helpful They parked the car, took the luggage to the room, made a reservation at the best restaurant in town which is impossible to contact, provided a great map of the town with excellent tips and information, left a bottle of ice cold cava and snacks in the room, along with a hand written note. The whole hotel was scrupulously clean, the breakfast was exquisite, the room was so quiet I couldn’t hear a sound, and Bvlgari products were provided in the bathroom. This combination of service, quality and luxury- at any price- is something I would implore you to experience if ever in the area. The staff were so unbelievably friendly and helpful, it was just a joy on every level to have had the privilege of staying here. What more can I say?

Oh where to begin….from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left (which we were very reluctant to do) we were offered such spectacular hospitality. The attention to detail in this beautiful hotel is unrivalled. The staff in particular are so kind and helpful. Our room was luxurious and very very comfortable. Even the garage where our car was parked was immaculate and full of interesting, colourful paintings!!!! To go into more detail would spoil it for everyone. You need to visit yourself!! The recipe for this hotel should be bottled!!

The positive impression started before we got there, with the exceptionally attentive staff answering our questions promptly. This only improved with the wonderful Reception staff. The hotel is just so thoughtful, leaving little gifts for us every day, and with a travel pack’ to send us on our way when we left.

Salamanca town is so nice to visit again! there is nothing I didn’t like at all.

I can't think of anything.

I've stayed here several times now and I love it. I think it's my favourite hotel. The staff are very solicitous of your well-being and they can tell you all of the best places to visit/eat in Salamanca. My room was very comfortable. You are very close to several of Salamanca's most glorious cultural attractions.

Nothing at all, they are perfect.

This is the best value hotel i have ever stayed in. Highly recommend! I had my sneakers on when i was leaving the hotel, they assumed i was going for a run, when i returned to the hotel they had a bottle of water and an apple waiting for me. So thoughtful. They were also very accommodating for our 1 year old child.
