Next to beach, super clean and nice staff

We notice that it was a bit of dust in some places, special on the Air Conditioning vents. They need to pay a bit more attention of these details, apart of that everything was spot on.

The room was nice with a huge kingsize bed. It was very close to the beach and this was the main reason. Also the receptionist was friendly and give us 2 extra towels for the beach. Also, they booked a taxi for us in the day of departure. I really recommend this property if you want something closer to the beach.

The bathroom was so nice! The beds were comfy and the AC was working really well. There is also daily cleaning of the rooms.

- The windows are double-glazed so it's quiet when the windows are closed, however there is traffic noise from the road when the windows are open during daytime hours. During the night there's no traffic and it's very quiet. - Noise coming from the water pipes. Not at night, only in the morning when people start using the tap or shower, and we were able to stop the noise each time by running some water in our room. There is air trapped in the water pipes; it's a maintenance issue and an easy fix.

Great location in El Cabanyal district, close to the beach and everything the area has to offer. - Nicely decorated room with comfortable bed & pillows and fresh cotton sheets - Excellent airconditioning - the airco unit operated quietly when we used it - TV was great - lots of digital channels to choose from - Friendly concierge available at the front desk each morning until 2pm. - Only a short walk to Metro stops, valenbisi bike stands, and plentiful cafes and restaurants - We had a room up the stairs on the first floor; it was compact, just like in a hotel, and it was very nice

One little detail was a super shiny green led over the room door. During the day is "invisible" but during the night is quite disturbing. Please consider block, at least the reflect over the bed. Again is a detail to improve. Not a problem

A bit far away from the city center while public transportation is pretty slow. The room had a smaller window with not so much light coming in.

Cool design, easy access, close to the beach, good specialty coffee places nearby.

Great location, close to the beach. Lively during the day and quiet at night. Lots of fantastic restaurants in the area and close to supermarkets. Reina 107 is beautifully decorated. Our room was very comfy and came with a large shower room.

If I had to nit pick, I would just say, I would not recommend this stay for "shy-ish" people in a fresh relationship, as the bathroom is almost part of the room, some glass wall-like separation is there, but sound wise definitively no separation to the bedroom. And it's a personal preference, but the pillows were for us way too thin.

The facility was super clean and modern by standards. The room was a bit smaller than how it looked on the photos, but I think this is something that is common, but still spacious. Self check-in went super smooth, and finding the location was not even a bit hard. It is nicely connected to the city, with the tram and buses, which are almost in front of the building, you can get to the Maritim metro station and from there on it's just a couple stops away. The beach is maybe a 5 minute walk away which is super nice. Around the hotel, we found all we need within a minute or two walk, groceries and bakery, restaurants, caffes and small bars. The staff was very friendly, and rooms were always clean.

Quite far from the city centre to get there by foot everyday (excellent if you wish to spend more time on the beach though).

Comfortable bed, very clean, easy contact with owners via Whatsapp, close to nice breakfast and dinner spots, as well as El Mercat with amazingly fresh fruits, totally recommend!

Could benefit from bigger tea mugs as only espresso cups were provided. Also it would be benefical to fix the room safe down for better security.

The room was located on the ground floor without a view to the outside, the windows faced a closed terrace. The room was quite small and it was difficult to find enough space for luggage

Very good positioning close to the beach and public transport with a station in front of the location and in a very quiet area with many cafes and dining areas. Exemplary cleanliness, very modern rooms equipped with a coffee machine and air conditioning that heats the room very efficiently during the winter. Very good interaction with the reception staff who are present at the location between 10-14 daily and who solved all our requests

well designed and compact rooms, the staff was kind and polite and helped us with their suggestions. The location is very convenient, one can easily take a metro or a bus from the location. The Patacona beach is also nearby.
