We checked in on line but still had to wait 40 minutes in a queue as not enough staff. The complex is very popular for young Spanish and French kids so if you want a quiet holiday best to avoid this place. No complaints really it's very basic but we have stayed here before and it did the job.

That you have to clean your own cutlery meaning the people in the room before us had only washed the cutlery with water. Also having to walk down the road with bin bags. If there was a more convenient bin to put your bin bags into nearer/in the apartments it would be better.

Rooms never cleaned. Couldn't find we're to put the rubbish. 9 days still waiting for my 100euro deposit. So be very careful if you're paying by credit card for deposit.

Just a basic room . Cooking facilities, shower hot. Uphill climb from main Street. Careful if elderly . Staff very helpful. Please read dislike

The rooms were as basic as it gets - not even toilet paper was provided. We had to sweep the floor upon arrival as it wasn't super clean. The building was a little run-down, with watermarks and cracks on the ceiling. At one point our shower leaked down to the room below us, destroying their bathroom. You had to take your rubbish away with you which is understandable but also indicative that the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between stays. The check-in time was 5 pm which is a wildly late time for people who have been travelling so we had to pay for early check-in despite selecting a check-in time on the website.

I liked the staff at the desk and the room was a good size with good quality beds. The price was also great for us as we are all in our twenties and just wanted a cheap holiday by the sea. I loved the location, not too near the strip but short walking distance.

You can hear everything! Make sure to bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. I went out of season the facilities outside were closed saves one bar. Hobs in the room don't work, would trip the fuse box.

Staff are friendly. Value for money if you don't mind the above. Pools were quiet out of season and was nice to relax in.

Feel the appartement is fairly dated and a tad small for four people to stay in. It’s probably due to covid but there is no daily cleaning/ fresh towels sheets etc I would describe it as tacky, however if you intend on going to main strip daily for food and drinks it’s only a five minute walk. Also really close to the beach

First of all, we waited to check in to this place 2h, when we came and we were here 15:30, we were in our room 17:40, they told us to wait 30min and we did, which is fine, but it took a lot of time. The room was terrible, old towels left there who knows for what time, the cockroaches were everywhere, we got a room change which was better, but the neighbours started to talk, move furniture, scream, cough and throw thing on the ground at 7 in the morning. We did not think much of it, until we were still sleeping and the room service (without knocking) just walked in and saw us and walked out without even saying sorry. I came downstairs to ask to get my money back, because we don’t want to stay here any longer, they told us to just wait because their boss is on holiday. We got transferred to another build which they own and that looked clean and and good, but to our surprise a cockroaches started to wonder in our living room (it was in the middle of the night). we came downstairs to tell them they just said it is normal and wouldn’t do anything, said we just need to close the balcony door. so we checked out after 20 minutes and are still trying to get our money back. it is been 5 days

Bugs in room and room wasn’t cleaned on arrival still haven’t received my deposit refund and the cleaner walked into my room without knocking
