That area is a bit rough. I dont recommend walking during night. I saw some prostitutes. During the day is ok.

Hotel or it is like Students House its situated close to historicla centre, so you can walk easy to many attractions.

Facilities are very basic. Quite ok for 1-2 nights. Very clean, though. In the building there's a lift, which is important. Staff is really nice and helpful.

Unfortunately the rooms does not match the photos,they are dated. Location is fine,but that area not so much. Woman at the reception was very nice. No internet! Wifi only available for 2h per day! You have to pay extra to use it

The bed could be bigger and somehow better, but it was enough for a short stay. As also mentioned in many other reviews, location can make you feel somehow uncomfortable on a 1st impression upon arrival.

Although not in the best part of town, it suited us as we were riding a motorcycle, so it was easy to reach and close enough to the center. Facilities are what you could expect from a university residence for students, everything was clean and in order and Wifi was ok. Garage was also ok, in the same building and with easy access. Breakfast was ok as well, a simple one in a coffeeshop nearby, and included in the price.

It’s just the location, as soon as you arrive you might not feel the safest, but once you are there a while you understand it’s not dangerous.

The area is nice a open, for students it’s very comfortable.

The neighborhood is loud and makes one feel uneasy from afternoon through midnight.

The room is practically equipped and clean. Location is convenient, though the neighborhood made me feel uncomfortable upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon. It was actually quiet and safe when I set out before dawn the next two days. And it’s well patrolled by police. Price is good.

Location felt unsafe at night with lots of police at the end of the road. Room not cleaned and bins not emptied daily despite saying 'daily housekeeping' and leaving a sign on the door asking for room to be made up. Room overlooked area where people could smoke making having the window open unpleasant if people were smoking. Fire but no air con (which we knew about) which could be problematic in warmer months. Hot water not constant. If you have a bath in the half bath and someone is coming in after you you have to wait for the water to heat up again. Very difficult to stand when having a shower due to curvature of the bath you stand in. Would like to see a corkscrew in the mini kitchen in the room but this is a minor point and we bought one. A very British thing I know but a kettle in the room would be good especially as it has a mini kitchen. This review is not meant to be picky, the staff were amazing, it's just leaving a fair and truthful review purely based on our experience and opinion.

Friendly and efficient staff who couldn't do enough to help, small kitchen in room, laundry and plenty of seating areas in the public areas. Great breakfast at a local cafe.

The area is noisy but not every night mostly the weekend The area is lively , it does not feel dangerous but if you do not feel comfortable with large groups of men in the streets around it may not be for you.

- Bathroom VERY small, uncomfortable shower/sitting tub - Nightguard might not speak English (but he did check us in) - View towards the rear is a trash-filled inner courtyard (but reasonably quiet) - Bed not very long (might be tight if you are over 185cm) - Smell of Mariuhana in hallway (I guess that comes with this being student housing)

The room is quite small but considering it offers a private bathroom, a mini kitchen with utensils, paid private and secure parking witiin the property and good locatikn to visit the city, it is a teal find. Friendly staff and breakfast included in a nearby cafeteria are also nice.

Hot water stopped at 10AM.when checked with reception they said hot water storage over and it will take one hour, so lost one hour in morning session amf that further demay tour plans. Breakfast we need to walk for 5 minutes to reach the shop. Inside hotel no. Restaurant.

Location near to attractions, connectivity. Breakfast was simple. One orange juice, one code/tea and one sandwich / pintxox/ snacks. Taste was good.

Nothing. Some people may be put off by location near train station and lots of people hanging around, but no problem for us. No air con so may be hot in summer.

This gem was a pleasant surprise! Easy to find, close to old part of town, good security, 24hr reception, luggage storage, helpful info, nice to walk to a cafe for breakfast. It’s uni accommodation with single beds, but comfortable and bonus of a kitchenette. Only discovered the communal washing machine as we were leaving. Lots of communal space for relaxing.

The room was very hot with no Aircon, the room is badly laid out so that drawers and windows don't open properly. The area was pretty rough and scary at night.

It was bright and cheerful, the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Bonus to have a pool table and table tennis available for free. The breakfast down the road at a cafe was good. Good shower.
