There was an ant infestation in our apartment and we weren’t informed about this before booking. This caused a lot of discomfort and stress. Other than this the property was very nice

I like how convenient it was to get around in terms of location, staff were very helpful and friendly. Lovely place to stay.

Even if the room was clean, it was a little shabby. The mattress was worn out, some part of the shower was covered with rust and there was sign of moisture on the walls. It has to be renewed.

The Micampus is well connected by many means of transport both buses and underground, so it was easy to reach the center of the city and other parts of the city.

The fridge was smelling bad, the bathroom light switch wasn't working properly, the bathroom door and the shower door wouldn't fully close. The air-conditioning was very dated, it only had 3 settings, it was very dusty and the room would smell like mold whenever it was on. Unfortunately I had to share the room with lots of ants; they were on my bed, on my kitchen counter, in the shower and on the desk/dining table.

The laundry works great, there are 3 washing machine and 3 dryers, also there's no need for coins or laundry soap. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Very little kitchen equipments in the room. Be careful not to throw anything that attracts ants (juice cans, beer, sweets) into the bathroom bin as they will appear immediately.

A modest student residence, solid for solo travelers for a very reasonable price. The room was clean. Nice and spacious yard, excellent living room.

That the laundry was by card use only thru an app. I preferred coin operated. Luckily there is a laundry mat around the corner two blocks away.

The second aircond stopped randomly, no blanket provided ( a thin sheet which i assume a blanket), toilet very very decent, door cannot close and ofc cant lock

It was quite hot so I would have appreciated to have had at least a fan since the AC is out or at least I think so.

I had everything I needed - kitchenette, bed, wardrobe, desk, private bathroom. It was quiet and the location was very good - close to a big supermarket and to many bus stops. Strong WiFi connection.

We could have been given something to step out on from the shower, we had to use the towels to step on, when we finished showering. There wasn't any sponges or washing up liquid to do the washing up, no blankets and no sharp cutlery. But these are small things, we bought these stuff in the nearby Carrefour without a problem.

The accommodation was nice and clean. The staff were friendly. The fridge and the air conditioning in the room were functioning really well.

Cleaning not good and it’s better you cleaning by own! Linen and towels not change and ac not working in some room! I’m requested to change the room and after 2 days the cure room its ok
