Had a great stay, nice staff. Comfortable room, with kitchen and seperate Bedroom. Advised if you work or study at the University. Can keep your suitcase in locked room. Would stay here again (stayed 1 week).

Breakfast is not served at weekends. Room cleaning is also not working at weekends.

The room is in the university town which is very unusual, but very cool! The staff is just great, very helpful! We needed a taxi at 4am, a guy from reception helped to call the taxi. The room had a great terrace. The location is just perfect, very close to the public transportation. I would stay there again!

Only issue was that we stayed in two single beds pushed together which made it difficult to snuggle as the beds can shift and it's quite uncomfortable.

Staff were really kind. Cleaners were very helpful and frequent. Quiet location. Simple to use. Shower was reliable and powerful. Balcony to catch some sun was great The blankets might have been the best thing ever!

Having only one key to the room is a little bit uncomfortable if you have to separate. The "double-bed" is made of two single bed. The kitchen has basic equipment (no place to dry clean dishes) and the stove is not very powerful (it took more time than usual to cook).

The location is perfect if you have things to do at the University, but it is also good to visit the city (well connected with metro / buses). The apartment is comfortable, also to cook something at home. There is a really nice balcony. Hot water was amazing.

Unfortunately, this accommodation is not well connected to the city centre, the beach and ciutat des arts i Les Ciencies. By that I mean a 10-15 min walk to a bus/tram stop, that is not very frequent. It's quite in between all of them, without actually being close to any. It's conveniently located if the university is your goal.

Nice breakfast, university/student life feel, equipped kitchen (even with detergent and sponges). The fridge is first turned off when you arrive, but it's easy to turn it on. Supermarket, Pharmacy and eateries of all prices around.

There wasn't any kind of card to communicate with the cleaners, and I felt obliged to get out of the bedroom to have it tied up or to wake up to say it at the door. I think that the Residence could apply some educational practices to raise ecological awareness about the use of towels, waste of water and so on.

I liked the installations: the style, the green area close to the lounge, the snack machines available, the spacious areas, the functionality of the bedroom; the kindness of all the staff, the possibility to let the luggage in a safe place after checking out.

Directly outside smelled strongly of urine. Park opposite had a lot of overflowing rubbish bins & flies.

Helpful female receptionists. Good breakfast selection. Room cleaned everyday. Really lovely terrace where you could eat breakfast and chill. Super cheap laundry room. Great location for bus to beach and metro into city centre.

The internet wasnt great - AskWifi - and the facilities although good meant you had to buy scouring pads, washing up liquid. Things id have expected they would have provided. Id say the lady who checked me in was functional, but she did not have any charm which is a shame, as she could have done more to make me feel welcome after a long walk to the hotel - maybe she is shy, but she is representing the hotel so its something she should try to improve as it can affect the review scores we give as guests! Breakfast was very basic.

Its a nice residencia - in the university area of Valencia. This is a distance from the centre of town, so if you are not able to walk alot, maybe avoid. The facilities were as expected which was great. The location can be a plus if you enjoy running and visiting the beach as its a short walk/run away. The property itself has good common areas and good facilities.

The location is close to several cheap places to eat, and to the metro station, and very close to the universities campuses. The personal is very responsive and helpful. The place is very clean.

Everything, my stay exceeded all expectations. Great staff at reception and dining area. Everywhere kept clean, room cleaning everyday, towels changed. Common areas really well kept. Beach around 15 min walk, old town maybe 20 to 25 mins.

The location is close to the university and about 20 minutes from the centre. The price is fair. The room is small but well equipped. It is friendly, clean and quiet.
