The one thing that spoils this otherwise brilliant experience is an issue mentioned by several other reviewers of this property. I rated the staff here as poor. This is a little unfair because every member of staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. There is just one receptionist that spoils the entire guest experience. She is rude, unhelpful and obstructive. She didnt smile once in any interaction we had and I noticed her being equally rude and unsmiling with most other guests. I appreciate there may be something going on in her personal life that causes her to be unhappy in her job, however someone in her management how big is your team? above should do something to address this issue. She brings down the entire guest experience and the hard work and exemplary good customer service their other staff clearly practise.

Pool felt like it was on the street. The room needed sweeping/vacuuming. Breakfast was basic and some things weren't available. Lots of noise from other guests one night.

Restaurants near the campus were lovely - better than in Central Malaga! Good transport links. Easy check in and check out. Cold air conditioning. Good shower.

Not many shaded areas by the pool, only 3 umbrellas, so was badly sunburned. Pool opens at 12:00 noon. We was ready for the pool earlier, but gates were locked. The breakfast bar didn’t have any butter and I got shouted at by the woman for asking. Alarm went off at 3am and I was told it’s a regular occurrence.

The air conditioning was amazing, considering it was 35+ degrees. Also liked the blackout blind. Location is good, near the metro station.

The cleaning of our room every 3 days. For a 4 night staying seems to make sense to clean every 2 days if it is not possible the every day cleaning. Also the open hours of the pool would be better to start from 10:00 - 20:00 during summer.

The VERY kind and helpfull staff, the amenities (gym, pool, microwave, fridge). The breakfast that had some products like soya milk, lactose free milk, some fruits and diet yogurts.

The cleaning staff turned only on 5th day of my stay out of 7 days I has stayed there. Thier frequency needs to be improved.

It would be necessary to extend the opening hours of the pool in the summer. Wet towels and clothes cannot be dried in the room.

Breakfast was a simple and permanent buffet with hot and cold meals. The air conditioning works very well, the bathroom is well equipped. Surroundings of the accommodation are a modern residential park environment, where relaxation is pleasant. Restaurants, cafes and shops can also be found in the area.The city center and the beach are very easily accessible by metro.

I stayed there for 4 days and did expect them to clean the room, so was slightly disappointed when they did not clean the room even once during my stay. The pool was very busy which is fine, but sometimes kids were jumping and Splashing everywhere, also the last day I was there, there were a big group of guys being really loud and throwing a ball for hours disturbing the other people. The area is also not the best as there is not much around, a couple of restaurants which wasnt great and a shop with a bit of everything, but no big proper super markeds. You could take the bus to town though, but took around half an hour.

The place was very social and alot of people in different ages, the rooms were nice and comfy and I even got a duvet even though they told me they did not have one, so that was great.

Breakfast could have been a bit richer and variegated. Lack of options, boring after day 1.

Perfect choice, especially if you don't want to stay in BnB or pretentious hotels. Moder and well equipped property, with multiple facilities, such as laundry room ( remember to bring your own detergent!) and outdoor swimming pool. Spacious room that make you feel at home! Highly recommended!

The room obviously came clean but they only cleaned our room again the day before we left, it would’ve been nice to have it cleaned half way through our stay because our room did get pretty messy with full bins and dirty towels but we didn’t spend enough time in the hotel room for this to be a major problem for us. For the price, I would’ve liked to have a bigger room but I think all the rooms were the same size as it is a university campus so that’s understandable!

I liked that there were a lot of younger people around, it made us feel safer and more at ease. I also liked the facilities the hotel offered, there is a gym, games, a pool and a laundry room which we really appreciated. The room was cosy and the beds were comfortable. The staff were not the most welcoming but they were very polite with us and answered any questions we had. We didn’t really wake up in time for the breakfast on most days, we tried it once and it was okay but nothing amazing. The location was okay too, a little far from the city centre but we found a good way to travel there so it didn’t affect us too much. We were actually located in a good place to visit more of Málaga itself and also other nearby cities. There was also a shop super close to the hotel that sold almost everything we needed in terms of snacks and electronic things, even batteries! Overall, we had a really enjoyable experience and I also really liked the view from our bedroom. I would definitely stay here again.
