Good location near the train station. Easy check in. Helpful staff. The room was clean and sufficiently sized. Good value for the money.

Would request for a room on any other floor but the ground floor, but that’s a personal preference. Maybe it’s not a car friendly city, I would consider coming without a car next time. Both finding the hotel and parking for free (or adequate price) was harder.

The guest rooms, which can be booked by non-students are on the ground level only. Still good, but personally, I do not like rooms on the ground level. There is no breakfast or snack facility in the house, but a vending machine. There is a discount at some nearby restaurant.

the location is absolutely top! just between central station (can be walked to) and old town. The rooms are super modern and very new. The rooms do not have TVs but this is even better. The price-value ratio is just awesome.

Very good value for money. The rooms are quite basic, but functional, seem very new, clean etc. The city center and the train station to the airport is just a few minutes away.

The room is actually smaller than expected or there is many dead/unused space The bed was so soft so with someone with back issues wasn’t comfortable There is 2 big curtains blocking the windows, it was impossible to open as I would be totally exposed to the ground level common garden

A small but clean room. Clean linen and towels. Very conveniently located - around 10-15 min to reach the centre and also the bus and train stations. The staff is nice and friendly

I understand that normally it is a student's house and student's facilities are not available, but one small room with at least 1 electric kettle would be great for non-students. However, for this price, I cannot complain.

Very cheap and sufficient in student's house just next to the Malaga old town. Not so spacious but with big fridge, bathroom, and a desk, so for tourist purposes - totally sufficient. It's clean, reception staff speaks English, location is just perfect + free taxi from the airport = what a deal!

I stayed on the ground floor and there was a loud noise after midnight. I guess it is to be expected at a student residence.

Great location. Close to the city center and very accessible as there are bus stops nearby and the train station for the transfer from the airport is just a 10min walk away. Also clean. Bed was comfortable.

The price was too high for the room. Barely place to move around the room, and I wasn’t able to open the window because it was at ground floor and so everyone passing the street could see me. The light in the room was extremely poor.

The accommodation is basic, by design. The room has no frills, but everything you need. I wouldn’t stay for more than a night or 2.

Room is not sound proofed. You can hear the noise even from the outside.

Close to everything. The residence is less than 10 min walk from Malaga Centro stn. Also a stones throw away from the city centre. Lots of restaurant options in the area. There is also a coffee vending machine for your caffeine fix. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here for the third time this year, everything was fine, cleanliness, location, fast wifi, laundry facilities...it's just a shame that one receptionist is not very nice, I totally understand that one can have a bad day, but this lady was unpleasant every time I spoke to her. The other staff were great and I will probably return on my next trip to Malaga.

No TV at all in the room but it had a noisy fridge that i personally didn't use... As there seems to be fridges in the cummunal cooking areas why one in the room. Noise travelled easily through walls so there were lots of noises even in the middle of the night.

That was fairly clean...that got cleaned every 3 days...that had a reception staff all day. Very very close to the centre. There was complimentary shampoo and body wash and toilet paper.
