kitchen is in terrible state, fridge didn't work, cupboard doors fell when we opened it. the oven had no rack so unusable. cutlery and crockery were not that clean. table wasn't clean, Bathroom were not practical, not even a hook to hang your towel. window in main bedroom did not shut properly and to top it up, the condo next door has a DJ playing techno music until 11 pm at night.

There is no social meeting place, like a reception with chairs where you can relax with friends in eve if not heading to centre. No loungers at pool so had to sit on grass which is not good for older people. Apartment was very basic, furniture very outdated but bed was comfy. The three apartments my family had looked nothing like the ones shown in photos on website.

The location is great. Few minutes walk to beach & centre. Apartment was value for money & pool is good.

You are required to pay a €150 damage deposit on arrival which firstly I thought was a lot of money for a 2 night stay as I had pretty much already paid that already. I was ensured the money will be returned within an hour of departure, it’s been 4 days and I still haven’t received it back. I am travelling so this has caused problems for me not receiving the money as promised, be wary of this and pay in cash if you need the money back asap! I contacted the company and customer service who have confirmed the transaction has been cancelled on their end and there’s nothing they can do and take it up with my bank. My bank isn’t able to help as it’s showing as a pending transaction so I am stuck in limbo hoping to receive €150 not knowing when.

Curtain was dirty, appartment innovation doesn’t like new, some furniture (chairs around the dinning table) is scratched. Windows at one of the terraces overlook the bus park, not very pleasant view. No cleaning during our stay there (may be it’s not included).

no sun beds around pool shower door hanging off couch broken with springs exposed you’ve to wash your own bed sheets as no one came to clean or change sheets in the 10 days we were there. oh and be careful not to leave your apartment keys on the inside of the door as it will cost you €100 for a technician.

Room was very outdated and furniture old and worn. The aircon did not work for the first 2 days of our stay. The outdoor area was extremely dirty when we arrived and one of the showers was faulty and leaked into entire bathroom meaning the floor was soaking and the door and doorframe wood were rotting away. It was basic enough accommodation and did not look like the photos.

this property shouldn’t be rented at all! all furniture was broke and very old!they have bed bugs and spiders,very dirty and bad smelling!Bed linen had blood stains! we left after a few hours!We didn’t complete out stay.

La cuina està molt poc equipada. Falten moltes coses de menaje. No hi ha res per poder escurar. La taula de la terrassa bruta i no hi ha cap mantel per poder ficar. The kitchen is very poorly equipped. Many household items are missing. There is nothing to wash dishes. The table on the terrace is dirty and there is no tablecloth to put in.

we arrived before check in time, we were told we could leave in luggage and use facilities. no facilities on complex, both pools out of use! There was nothing for the children to do. Our apartment was ready early, the floor was wet from being washed but it was far from clean. the sink was leaking in the main bathroom, so we could not use it. the bath & shower were dirty with hair from previous users in both. two of the towels that we received were dirty. There was a smell of perfume on the main bed were the outer cover was not changed. There air conditioning blew out warm air in living room and cold air in all bedrooms. we were freezing all night with it both on and off. We could not wait to leave. €155 for one night, we were well and truly ripped off.
