Loved everything

I adore this place, the proprietors are absolutely lovely and the accommodation is a road-trippers dream - plush comfy beds, spacious rooms, hot showers, everything spotless and modern - plus the decor is fabulous, such a fun place. Pet friendly with dog treats and bowls in the room to greet you, and the convenience shop/petrol station on site is super handy- with snacks, drinks, and even toothbrushes and dogfood. There’s a car wash, and if there’s anything you’re worried about with your vehicle it’s ideal, the kind station attendant checked the oil and fluids on my rental as I was on the tail end of a 6000km plus road trip. If you are making the drive from UK/France to Portugal or vice versa, you need to plan your itinerary around spending a night here:-)))

Very convenient, just off the motorway. Comfortable and quiet with a restaurant 5minutes walking away. Excellent value for money. All the staff were helpful and cheerful. Would recommend.

We stay her quite regularly but do avoid Monday and Tuesday nights because Pizza, Pizza is not open on these evenings.

Very convenient for the motorway when travelling to and from Santander and the Algarve. Very quirky but very comfortable. Breakfast served in the hotel but dinner at a restaurant owned by the same family a short walk away called Pizza Pizza that serves excellent pasta and, you’ve guessed it, Pizza.

I am not sure that there was anything I did not like.

The staff are friendly, the whole place is clean, the room was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent, as much as you require and fresh. I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past few years, I have never been disappointed.

Parking can be tricky, the friendly staff did allowed me to park in the fuelstation. There is an ok Italian restaurant in walking distance but choice of restaurant in the area is low.

The motorsport theme throughout this hotel is absolutely AMAZING. Clean big comfortable rooms. Huge comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

It's hard to be critical about any aspect. I would certainly use it again. Very friendly staff who made you welcome! The UK flag was upside down outside -- Hey! That is supposed to signal distress!!

Breakfast was fresh and good quality but choice was perhaps limited. But it was quite adequate and enjoyable.

It isn't really a no no but the hotel is attached to a Repsol garage and this may not suit everyone. We had to take the short drive into Salamanca to have dinner as the choice of restaurants nearby is limited.

This is a themed hotel, in that it is designed to reflect the early years of motor rallying. Therefore it is a bit of a 'one-off' in style. Having said that it is very functional and clean and the people working in the hotel were friendly and helpful. It is easy to find and there is lots of on street parking right next to the hotel. Overall it ticks the right boxes and in addition is very dog friendly.

Everything was fine. Parking is on the street. Difficult to find anywhere to eat on Tuesdays as their restaurant is closed. The overnight fee for the dog is 20 euros which seems quite expensive

We’ve stayed many times as an overnight stop between Santander and Portugal. The staff are very friendly and welcoming with us and our dog. Spotlessly clean rooms with coffee machine and kettle. Conveniently Close to the motorway.

Fantastic hotel, Great staff, lovely breakfast, great location, we have stayed here twice before. Highly recommended, and design of hotel is Brilliant. No Complaints well worth a visit.
