Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GibraltarWe were expecting twin beds. The keys were BEHIND a wooden post in a key safe (not easily seen at night). The pictures sent us didn't state this in English.
Nice clean modern apartment in good location. Highly recommend it to others. VERY convenient for the supermarket close by and quiet area.

Lovely area and walking around Amarilla Mountain. Very comfortable apartment with all facilities. Clean very well maintained complex with lovely views from the pool area which also has a heated pool.

Exceptional accommodation in a pleasant environment. Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, clean towels and linen, clean bathroom. We felt at home. It was an experience to have coffee and breakfast on the terrace. The pool is close by with fantastic views, shops and restaurants are also nearby. Henry helped us with everything we needed for information. Special thanks for the welcome surprises and the starter pack. Next time we will stay here if we are in the Costa del Silencio!

United KingdomThe neighbours although they were very quiet and nice they were smoking on the patio very often and because of this we couldn't keep the patio door open or stay on the patio while they were smoking due to the proximity somehow the smoke was making its way towards us and we had to leave the patio and close the door . We are non smokers .
The apartment was good size had all the equipment needed for self cater in a gated community close to a food store ,close to the ocean and had access to a beautiful swimming pool ,parking available on the street , the apartment was very clean and very quiet had a good size patio at the front with a table and chairs and a place to dry our laundry. Host was quick to reply of any questions even late at night .

The appartment is very convinient. The accsess to the pool is easy, the pool is heated and clean. The equipment could not be better, We could not imagine a thing which was not there. Beside that at our arrival the freedge was full, cold beer and champagne were waiting for Us. The owner was helpful and kind. Thank you. I do not hava any idea, what to do better. The grocery and bus station is a few meter away, so is the sea.
