A little bit dust everywhere, not very clean. Had to ask the host to clean once more.

Perfect location, in the city centre, close to all facilities. Comfortable apartment to travel with family, comfortable beds.

There are not enough closets to store the clothes. The sink of the smaller bathroom is worn out, it should be replaced,

Perfect location, walking distance from the sights, restaurants, shopping. Comfortable, well equiped, and super clean apartment. Staff is helpfull, communication is kind and fast. Easy to access the apartment.

Overall the appartment was clean but a more in depth clean would help with the dust under the beds and sofabed. There were scuff marks on the walls and a few on the doors which could be easily removed with a damp cloth just to give a better overall better first impression. Our shower did ( may depend on time being used) have a build up of water sometimes as it couldn't drain quickly enough & did spill out onto the bathroom once. It wasn't an issue for us which is why I didn't need to inform management. These were not deal breakers.

Location was super. Double bed was comfortable and my teenager daughter loved the sofa bed with TV. Bathrooms were adequately equipped with toiletries although probable could have done with another soap bar so one for each bathroom( one is only a toilet with sink but really useful to have 2nd facility for getting ready).I bought my own hairdryer as I use a parlux but the one supplied was excellent so handy to know for next time. Didn't cook in the appartment as too many nice places to eat out at but did have the nespresso coffee & tea and there was water in the fridge on arrival . We liked having a code to use to access the apartment ( which was easy to use & handy as we arrived quite late) instead of a key you'd have carry around. Didn't need to have much communication with the property but any we did have was efficient and effective. We would stay here again.

The other guests - noisy, children crying at 5/6am, doors slamming/noisy at lift door. Not the owners fault, as the place was perfect, but other people seem to think that they are the only guests. I would definitely stay here again, just not in an apartment with a patio, as this is one of the reasons why we could hear others.

Wonderful, cosy, spacious apartments, equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine and coffee, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, toaster. Excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants, train station. Would highly recommend and would be happy to come back again. Thank you!

Great location in a city center, 5 minutes to bus & tram stations, 2 minutes to supermarkets and very close to the harbor and the sea. Really big apartment with two separate bedrooms, so excellent solution when you travel with kids or friends. Very friendly host!!! Kitchen super equipped. I truly recommend it !!!

All was 100% great

All was great, apartment was new, we were 4 , 2 adults 2 kids and we felt 100% good, two separated rooms to sleep, separate salon, two bathrooms, flat heating, kitchen fully equiped , even washing machine! Nespresso coffee machine with tablets! Honestly , walking distance to all main places, 10 min walk to the beach, the best apartments we stayed with family in many years! I totally recommend it!

Information on restaurants open for Xmas day was difficult to find get even from the TO. But there are plenty of restaurants open on Xmas day.

Loved the location and the apartment was perfect. Alicante is a great for a city/christmas break and people are very friendly and helpful. Selection of shops near the apartment was wonderful. Walking distance to Marina, beach and restaurants. Short taxi ride from the airport. Went to India House restaurant near apartment for Xmas day lunch and it was excellent. Lots to see and do in Alicante.

The drain of the shower didn’t work properly and would overflow the main shower area within 2 minutes. It will cause issues in the property if not fixed (the main reason I wanted to share this)

Lovely apartment. Javier was a great host - facilitated an earlier check-in which was very much appreciated when travelling with a toddler. He was also very quick at responding to queries during our stay. Exceptionally clean and modern apartment. Well equipped. Cot and high chair made available on request - both spotless and good quality. Beds & pillows were sooo comfortable. Great location. No noise from street or neighbouring apartment.
