Location of the hotel and the room facing the sea. The meals were very good value for money with lots of choice on offer. The staff are very professional and experienced and are also friendly and polite and always keen to assist the guests in any way they can.

Break was a feast of choices, room was large bright and airy, location of hotel 10/10 on the verge of two beautiful beaches and a few metres from the beach and shops bars restaurants within a short distance

Had to wear shoes inside hotel even though close to the beach.

We left our phone at the hotel and we live in the UK - the staff were amazing in helping us package and send the phone back to the UK. Really appreciate what you did for us :) Bar staff were great and really friendly also.

Sometimes the bar area was a little too cool for us.

All staff were happy. That is rare, these days. They were friendly and always willing to help. We had a fall and covered the carpets in blood..much blood. The staff were so helpful. They got us appointments with the Dr on Christmas day, the Clinic for stitches and changes of dressings. Each day they asked us if we were ok.

Magnificent view, large bathroom and bed, kettle with tea/coffee, very friendly and helpful stuff and above all of expectations - extremely good breakfast (I was very blue that I didn't have one more stomach, just to try all of things there!)

Restaurant discounts for residents of hotel are not accounted when you checking out (although they should be), minibar is empty, need to additionally ask at reception. Check in process is rather slow.

The place is clean and comfortable. Great location, 2mins from a beach! Everything is working well. Room is equipped with some necessities (toothbrush, body milk, body wash and shampoo, hair conditioner) and done you may request at reception.

Rooms need brought up to date but still comfortable well appointed and clean

Want a beach on the seafront with a great breakfast/buffet restaurant, this place is for you. Very clean, modern in the comunal areas, private pool, practically on the promenade and beach. Not a big walk to "crazytown" but in the more Spanishy end of town. Bit pricey but the whole of Benidorm is pricey, at least here you're getting something for your money.

We weren't advised about the pool til the last day. We really enjoyed the pool area, nice and private and would've been nice to enjoy it for the two days we were there.

Everything was amazing, the location was right on the beach and a short walk to all the restaurants and bars in the old town. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool area.

Nothing not to like. If I’m being ultra picky it would have been nice to have a couple of sun loungers on the balcony as it was massive and the little table and chairs were lost. Everything was great with the hotel!

Car park quite expensive. Air conditioning cannot control the temperature, only fan speed.

Good quiet room with balcony and partial sea view. The location is excellent for central Benidorm, just a short wolk. Buffet dinner is reasonably priced with a bar outside and inside and good bar service. Car park is available

the staff are exceptionally helpful, nothing is to much trouble for them, the hotel is well run, positioned perfectly to shops, restaurants and the beach.
