Comfortable room , very clean , larger than usual room. Covid protocol followed throughout the hotel , recycling too. Excellent entertainment on Monday evening. Good location. Warm welcome at reception.

very close to the old town, approx 5 mins walk. lovely pool area. Hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast superb. would definitely visit again.

Everything was 100%, this was our 3rd visit and we will be returning again in the future. The staff are very helpful from Reception, Catering, Bar Staff, Cleaners and everyone else involved in the hotel. Great value for money, very comfortable beds and rooms cleaned every day. The menu can be a little repetitive, but the food is good and well cooked. 10 out of 10 from me

Breakfast and dinner were hearty and varied with a wide variety of meats and pastries. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the old town, yet it was very quiet. The pool service is great, especially the courteous and helpful staff.

The location is perfect. They also have parking available for a reasonable fee 12euros per day. The staff was very friendly and professional and the facilities were very clean. The only thing was that the air conditioner during winter months they use it only as a heater and not cold air. We asked for a fan and they provided one but the noise from the street and the smell of food coming from the restaurant, made our night very uncomfortable.

That prior to arrival there was not confirmation that passports were required for all guests (we own a Spanish property so my wife didn’t bring them) also I paid in full in advance and because I was not there with the card, I had to pay again which with the change in exchange rate, cost me £30.. (nothing in the terms or email confirmation sent requesting this) staff were rude and unhelpful and my wife had 4 young children, made the stay stressful and a unhappy one..

1. Single beds in our room kept pulling apart making our sleep somewhat uncomfortable. 2. The biggest rooms are still very small. 3. selection of food was there at breakfast but anything egg based (omelettes, fried and boiled eggs etc) were inedible in my opinion. Hash browns unavailable most mornings at breakfast.

Food is a big thing for our family. I did not feel the food was 4*. I feel there wasnt much choice. I didn't go hungry but it wasn't anything i expect 4* to be and that's why for me this was 10/10. Something not that important but thought id point out. My kids struggled a bit to open the tap their hands by themselves, as it was a very wide sink. Everytime they needed the bathroom , it required an adult to go with them. Usually they are capable themselves. Other minor things that would have been nice to have: It would of been nice if the tvs have netflix. We brought our own google chromecast usb and it worked. But had to mess about with the language each time for some reason. Would be good if they had this standard. TV couldn't swivel in the direction of the bed. Was aiming at the sofa the whole time.

I loved the location of this place. Right at the beach. Plenty shops outside. The busy old town was maybe a 10/15 min walk depending if your a fast walker. The beds were very comfortable and very large for a double bed. Our 4 year old twins slept on the sofa bed and that was comfortable too. I liked how there was a kettle in our room. The shower was very strong and a large shower too. We booked very last minute and tried to request a sea view room. All sea view rooms were unavailable but we were put right next to the pool which was very convenient because of our young children. We had a slight sea view from our room which was lovely considering our last minute booking. We were always able to get a couple of sunbeds at the pool and the pool guy was very accommodating and always trying to help guests get beds and basically dealing with all situations he can help with. We didn't require any help from him but it was easy to see he was doing a fantastic job with other guests eg rubbing some sort of medicine/cream on an injured guest, rearranging beds and umbrellas for guests, intervened when the slide was too busy/unsafe etc. Really nice to see a hardworking guy.

I was paid 1600€ for a 4 stars hotel and don't deserve more than 2 stars I think the pictures will say everything And I find bugs in room. Disgusting

Our room was over looking the crematorium. Not a good start to a holiday with children..

The pool was nice for kids. Seaview was nice after we changed room. No parking at hotel or nearby

Rooms small.

Food was overall good at least for Benidorm. Rooms are a Bit small but at least updated. Location was good if you wanted to be close to the city center but for us not good the beach it is not the best here.
