Only complaint we have on staff in hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff, but all of them, like they were racing to take your plates from the table first. And they do it without any restraint. Literally, while the food is still in your mouth and the fork in your hands, they take the plate in front of you. That was very unpleasant.

Everything in hotel was good. We came with rent a car from Valencia and used hotel garage. This is great advantage of hotel, since that parking in Benidorm is not something easy to do. Hotel is really ****. Lady on reception was very kind with dose of personality which was more than pleasant. She was the bright side of hotel staff. Maids in the rooms was also very polite. Room and bathroom are big enough, clean and comfortable. Bed and bed linen good quality and we slept very well. Beds are really big (never saw so big beds) so we used this opportunity to sleep together with our daughter. That was perfect. We was on 15th floor and view from terrace is amazing. Simply, you are using every moment (while you are in the room) to go out on the terrace and enjoy what is in front of you. Food is another thing which make this hotel very good choice. Breakfast and dinner is on the level of hotels *****. Food. Not the staff. We haven't use hotel pool. Sea temperature was 26C :-) Very good value for the money. Hotel for recommendation!

The lifts could be a bit tricky to catch at busy periods. Doors to neighbouring rooms were very loud when closing every time.

I had few problems: with the bidet in the toilet that was heavily leaking, with the safe (safety code couldn't be changed). Unfortunately they couldn't solve the problems while I was there, so, mostly for the bidet, I had a less relaxed last 2 days. Wi-Fi wasn't working very well.

Very nice hotel, great size room. Beautiful view (at the higher floors), 10 min walk from the old town and the beach, close to good places to have meals and drinks. Nice and abundant breakfast, nice relaxing area around the swimming pool

I can't say that there was anything I didn't like.

I would like to say a big thank you to Angel and all the hotel staff who made my stay a really pleasant one. The hotel itself is very clean, the staff are friendly, the food is good and the hotel location could not be better. Everything is within easy walking distance of the hotel, including the beach and numerous restaurants/cafes/bars and shops.

A/C was not good in the room or the kids playing area. If not for for the A/C problems, would give a 10/10. I guess the current heatwave was not helping as well!

Breakfast and dinner buffets very nice. Very helply and friendly staff. Room was nice with a good view! Paula the entertainer for kids was very good at her job. Very good hotel for families.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Loves the balcony, the sun hit it mid afternoon till the evening so was good to relax there after going out in the day! Pool area was nice too.

The A/C did not work very well. The toilet did not flush correctly. Everything was quite worn. The floor was not completely clean. The bed was not the most comfortable.

Great views and a nice terrace. The shower was excellent. Plenty of space.
